Runs great good speed and easy to use and set up..

It’s absolutely great, I can finally play games with my friends w no issues :) and I love the rgb colors on it, Its already built so i had no issue doing anything just plug it in and Start it :) Absolutely amazing and i enjoy it a lot, I get on it every day to enjoy myself playing games or doing studies with it and have no issue on it. Really recommend!

This has been a decent pre built pc ive only had to replace the power supply and ram other than that its worked perfectly for 2 years

was super excited to purchase my first PC and was recommended this one by an in store associate for what I was planning on using it for and for my price range for a prebuilt gaming pc. out of the box with a blown processor, therefore not being able to use it and having to take it into geek squad. explaining the situation, they were extremely helpful and replaced my processor free of charge, however it took a few weeks for me to get it back into my possession. everyone always tells me that prebuilt PC's are best, although after getting my issue fixed I havent had any further issues. Would make sure everything properly works if purchasing though within the 30 days of purchase so you wont have to spend an arm and a leg if something is broken like mine was.

About the PC: it’s amazing, fast and quiet. Has lots of vents so not worry about over heating. About Best Buy: great customer service, on time delivery. Great price vs compared to others.

Had for a year, been absolutely great have had no issue running and title I’ve thrown at it so far. Excels at 1080p gaming but can run 2k gaming as well without much more stress

This is a 2nd one we are buying. I had previously bought this for my kid and they love it. They play all of their games, do their homework on it with no issues and it works better then expected. So I am buying another for one of my older kids!

PC has been great. I went in to do a return and saw the Black Friday promo price for this tower. It was too good to pass up. It performs well in my office setting to run brain imaging software. It is much more stable than the Pc it replaces which was an Alienware with i7 and 3060 gpu.

Good computer does all the computer things I want it to. Runs the games I want it to. Like Detroit become human, overwatch, ect. No complaints after using it for a year

Great gaming device. There is no better gaming PC than this one. My son was extremely pleased with this gift and appreciated it a great deal. As far as speed is concerned, it is adequate and the memory (saved games, etc.) from his broken PC will be transferred over to this one.

This computer is no longer being sold at best buy it seems but for those who have purchased this computer IT COMES WITH A HUGE DESIGN FLAW. The installed power supply is NOT powerful enough. If you know someone who is decent with computers have them replace the power supply with anything that is 700w+. I have no idea why HP skimped out on the power supply for these computers but it's kinda of ridiculous. SO FOR ANYONE WHO IS HAVING A ISSUE WITH COMPUTER NO TURNING ON/POWERING ON THEN THIS IS YOUR RESOLUTION.
