Great computer but Windows 11 is NO good

However, it's quite heavy and the OS is non-flexible as Windows 11. Unfortunately, I had to return this unit because it froze up on the reboot after installing Adobe Creative Suite. My conclusion is that Windows 11 is not ready for prime time and is very unstable. This is the second computer I had to return for the same issue (the first one was an HP Envy). Ultimately, this purchase confirmed that Windows 11 is no good. Even the Windows 11 internal restore and rescue didn't work so if this computer freezes on you, good luck! (No rescue disk either or optical drive.) Microsoft needs to reimburse Best Buy and HP for all the trouble they caused by forcing Windows 11 on computers when it's not even stable at all. Microsoft should pay me too for my gasoline, time, and wasted efforts. Although I like HP as a brand, I had to buy something else that offers Windows 10 as the OS.
