was new to getting a gaming pc but haven’t had any problems and overall love it great for starting

This is a very nice-looking computer that doesn't look like a Christmas tree like other gaming computers. However, it's quite heavy and the OS is non-flexible as Windows 11. Unfortunately, I had to return this unit because it froze up on the reboot after installing Adobe Creative Suite. My conclusion is that Windows 11 is not ready for prime time and is very unstable. This is the second computer I had to return for the same issue (the first one was an HP Envy). Ultimately, this purchase confirmed that Windows 11 is no good. Even the Windows 11 internal restore and rescue didn't work so if this computer freezes on you, good luck! (No rescue disk either or optical drive.) Microsoft needs to reimburse Best Buy and HP for all the trouble they caused by forcing Windows 11 on computers when it's not even stable at all. Microsoft should pay me too for my gasoline, time, and wasted efforts. Although I like HP as a brand, I had to buy something else that offers Windows 10 as the OS.

My child is enamored with this PC. It was the first desktop I have purchased in a while and I am not disappointed.

Bought it for starfield and I’m able to max out the performance on the NVIDIA settings as well as the in game graphics settings!

i like it. it was on sale so i didnt pay full retail price but hey it runs most of my games, but im a casual gamer so i aint booting up triple a titles.

I can run games on max settings with no issues, keyboard is nice and sits well on desk, mouse is also fairly decent for coming with desktop, Desktop manages heat dispersion very well and has 3 different settings for fan speeds. Highly recommended!! For the price this is an awesome system to get!!!

This computer is no longer being sold at best buy it seems but for those who have purchased this computer IT COMES WITH A HUGE DESIGN FLAW. The installed power supply is NOT powerful enough. If you know someone who is decent with computers have them replace the power supply with anything that is 700w+. I have no idea why HP skimped out on the power supply for these computers but it's kinda of ridiculous. SO FOR ANYONE WHO IS HAVING A ISSUE WITH COMPUTER NO TURNING ON/POWERING ON THEN THIS IS YOUR RESOLUTION.

It is a little loud when the fans are running. Other than that it runs most games very well.
