Within a day, it crashed during every Zoom meeting I had. I need these computers to work out of the box for my job. When the computer crashes, it's so hard that you have to unplug the computer and then it takes, on average 33 minutes to boot up. Most of the time, when you intentionally shut down the computer, it boots in a few minutes, but I always plan to wait over 30 minutes to get started after having shut it off - which is not how this computer should be. I uninstalled 64 bit Zoom and installed 32 bit and that seems to have fixed my Zoom issue, but that's not an appropriate solution for a "gaming" machine. I had a little downtime and work so I played some Steam games. I'm playing Potion Craft which is not a heavy graphics game and it crashes on that too. I'm now working on updating the NVIDIA drivers. Best Buy is great and their customer service is fantastic. I have to drive an hour plus to get to the closest ones and usually a store within 90 minutes has the tech I need in stock for same-day replacements, but these HP products are not all they're cracked up to be.
