It’s an amazing pc if you are willing to spend the money on it. The reason I put 4 stars is because mine isn’t connecting to Bluetooth and I’m currently going through an exchange with Best Buy. I’ll either remove stars or add 5 stars based on the results.

Everything works fine but the gpu only has one HDMI input and the rest are Display Port supported only. I have two monitors and they only support HDMI, so I can only connect one. If I buy a HDMI to display port cable will this fix the issue?

Great first Pc the only thing is the cpu and gpu tend to get a little hot I’ve been thinking about replacing the case and adding a liquid cooler eventually but all in all I’ve only added one fan so far. Only games it runs high on are APEX OR FIFA because they are high cpu/gpu games

Worked very well for the first 6 months of having it and then my PC started to feel very slow and the temps began to rise. Games felt terrible with hitching and crashing. A few months later my PC would take 30 minutes of me pressing the on button to start my PC so I took the PC to Bestbuy to find out the power supply was defective. Found out 1 month after the 1 year warranty that I couldn't replace the PC so I had to pay 300 dollars for geeksquad to install a new one for me. Waste of 1000 dollars, cheap parts and overall bad quality computer, will probably never go back to OMEN.

This computer was bought for my so. Going off to college but still wanted to be able to play his games. It was too expensive to ship and insure his computer from home (for 4 years back and forth), we were flying to move him in

Been a great computer for school and gaming, have run into some power cord issues not too long after buying it though.

It’s a good pc, got it for a really good deal. Just had some personal issues with it having a crash 3fo with the hard disk but overall it performed well

Great computer work work, editing, sims 4. The only Issue is that it sometimes shuts off and goes black. Unsure if this is a monitor issue

This is a great entey level gaming pc its good for uts price. I recommend if youre getting into pc gaming for the first time and dont want to spend too much. Looks really good too.

Boots up quickly and handles my daily computing needs with ease. Not a fan of the light effects and unable to disable them with multiple attempts.

Great prebuild. Not too bad for the price. Wish it had a better cooling system, but otherwise the 2 fans do a well enough job for now.

This was my girst real gaming pc and besides a bit of user error getting it hooked up to my monitor, its worked like a dream. Wish ithis model was available in black though, better fits my aesthetic

Was very easy to set up. My child is the one using it, so un sure of the performace of it, however said it works great for everything that was wanted to do.

Very decent mid range gaming rig - good opportunities for expansion also. Overall satisfied so far; handles BG3 on ultra with no lag. Styling of case is nice, LED display fun, esp. when linked up to music/gameplay.

ive had this for 6 months now and ive been using it for Plex and blue iris, No issues. Just wished it had option to add 2 external drives.

It worked great for about 5 month then could not boot up in one evening. After many hours online research, I managed to turn it back on again by removing one of the RAMs (It came with two 8 GBs). The geek in BestBuy's geek squad can't do anything except asking me to buy a new RAM or return the WHOLE computer to manufacturer. Very disappointed by the after-sale service.
