PC power supply issue

My PC stopped working right after the 1-year warranty ended, even though I only used it lightly for studying and email. Support told me to buy a $180 membership and then pay another $300 for a power supply. That’s almost half the cost of the entire $799 PC. I do NOT recommend this product.
