Freezes frequently while playing games. Seems like game type doesn't matter. Non-gaming is fine.

Bought this PC for my girlfriend because she wanted to play games with me, figured hey, lets get her a mid range PC, can handle most games from specs so good deal, right? Big wrong. Froze and crashed on first boot, tried to reboot it and try again, froze and crashed again. Figured give it a little and we’ll try again. Went to boot it a third time and it got stuck in power cycling of doom. Looked at the hardware on the inside and it had a broken jumper for one terminal. Lots of plugs to MB were loose and routed atrociously. The quality control on these PC’s is severely sub par, returning it tomorrow in hopes to get something that isnt a $1000 paperweight.

Computer lasted a year before it started having issues with booting up. Was in service twice in a 6 week period. The first time we got it back it was good for a week and crashed again. 2nd time we never got it back because it was in damaged in transit due to lack of care by geek squad

We gave this to our son for Christmas, on January 5th the power board went out... are you kidding me

Unfortunately I cannot review the product itself which I am sure is a wonderful item. I waited weeks for this item with a promise of a 3 day delivery. It never showed. I understand supply issues. I do not understand why Best Buy chose not to contact me, give me any updates, continuously sent emails asking for a review of a product that they apparently don’t know I never even got. Your system sucks. Merry Christmas

Got this PC on a black friday deal with the total price being around $1000 with taxes and a year protection. I recommend buying this if it is on sale but I wouldn’t buy it at its full price, because it only has 12GB of ram and it used a Intel instead of Ryzen. Unpacking the PC and setting it up was so easy. When i opened this PC it came with a office keyboard and mouse, It also came with a month of xbox game pass and 1 month trial of MCaffe. When I turned the PC on it came automatically installed with Windows 11. It was easy to set-up and install apps, After installing all the games and apps that i wanted I ended up downloading Minecraft and was able to run it on 300+ FPS. I later opened up Fortnite and was able to get 240 FPS with a 144hz monitor with certain settings DM ptloony on discord for the settings. I opened GTA and it run smoothly out performed my PS5. The Noise this PC makes isnt loud its not silent but its not loud. This PC is easy to open up with a button on the back of the PC to open it. This PC has extra ram slots I recommend buying another 16GB ram since it only comes with 12GB of ram. If you want to upgrade it go on Amazon and buy the Beast DDR5 since it is the Ram that comes with the PC. Overall this PC is great and runs game smoothly it is also good for school work.

As usual with Best Buy….Product received NOT as advertised. Trying to get support …they are not interested. Guess what?? I’ll never buy from them again….Yes I’m upset!!

Horrible do not recomend not powering on after a year

It came to me defective. the only positive of my purchasing experience was that customer care was extremely quick to give me my refund when I requested it.

Crashed every time my kid tries to play a game. tried everything, reinstalled graphics card driver, reinstalled games, updated everything, and still crashed every time.

Bought and within a week the led case lights and cpu cooler led just stopped working and computor has very high temps even on low graphics. Case is not easy to add new fans or cooling.

Stopped working after 6 months of used. Sent to HP for repair since 02/02/2024 1 month later still repairing. Never buy HP again.

Owned it for 2 days and it froze twice on the second day. Exchanged it for the corsair vengence pc without a problem.

It is so frustrating that it crashes every day, even though I was not playing high demanding games

So far it’s working great! No issues setting it up. Wish it had more USB ports but other than that, I bought more RAM already and upgraded it from 16GB to 32GB.

Awesome PC. Great Price. It's remarkably quiet as well. I'm playing BG3 and it crushes it. I searched for months before picking this one. I'd do it again in a heartbeat.
