Works as expected - needed a new gaming computer for i racing

I took a star off for each time I have had to send the unit back to HP for "repairs" only to still be dealing with the original problem. Support seems willing but unable to offer a satisfactory resolution. We have spent hours on the phone with dozens of "techs". I regret the purchase.

Beautiful and works great. Not a monster but runs really well.

Unlike my last PC I got from Best Buy, it actually works, and the actual experience is very user friendly for someone new to having a gaming PC, while still being quite high end (at least for what I want it for.)

The computer works really well so far and im usually not the biggest fan of HP. I flew through half the storage already. Even with the games and programs on there it still works the same.

My pc is ok amd i realize pcs are buggy and stuttery amd thays ok for lots of users but xbox is way but if yoy fotta get pc get asus ally because why not my pc is ok

Happy with purchase and price. Got a black friday deal, so not sure about normal pricing. Time will tell about longevity and quality.

The PC is really good, however if you plan to play Rocket League do not have it on the best graphics as the computer can't run it

The cpu was for my grandson. He made many calls & they answered his questions very politely. The service was wonderful. But sorry to say the cpu needs to be fixed or replaced.

Owned for a few weeks now. Easy setup. Beautiful machine. Only gets loud in certain parts of games.

This product is exactly what i expected. Great pc for the curent price. There is an additional m.2 slot on the pc if more storage is required than the base amount. It 8 slay

beautiful PC, but has it's flaws. The main one is Windows 11. I have gotten blue screened and asked for BitLocker recovery keys at least 3 times within the last 6 months of having this computer, which is super frustrating. Additionally, the RAM sticks that light up are kind of garbage. They don't keep the lighting settings that you administer, and when they DO actually work, they return to default mode after 5 minutes. Overall, I like this computer, but for the price, I am disappointed. I wish there was a way to fix these issues.

Great pc! has great specs for a great price. Would recommend anyone who's starting to game this machine.

My granddaughter need a better gaming PC. She love it so much.
