Basic gaming pc. Nothing special. Takes a while to boot, prolly no dedicated boot drive.

Computer was amazing but ended up having to return after 3 weeks because I could no longer get video output from the machine.

Decent computer but freezes all the time. I think maybe I have a lemon. I do not like the mouse or keyboard that came with it, but since it seems to help prolong the random freezing, it is the best option for now. I need to bring into Best Buy to get looked at but do yourself a favor and google FRREEZE and OMEN HP. Wish I had. This should not happen with a brand new computer.

I was on the fence about buying or building a gaming PC for my son. It was going to be a Christmas present and I wanted it to just work so I ended up buying a pre built PC. It didnt last 3 months before it wouldnt boot up. HP support is terrible. If you purchase from HP you are signing up to be a computer repair technician because when their terrible products fail they expect you to go through with a bunch of troubleshooting options before they will even begin to consider repair. Never buying HP products again

Did not work when I took it out of the box. Not sure why, I took it back to BestBuy the same day I purchased and it didn't work for them either. Returned and got a different PC

Windows 11 and the NVIDIA graphics drivers do not get along. The computer won't even start up anymore because of the driver conflicts. When I tried to return the computer 23 days after purchase, I was told Best Buy would not make an exception to their 15-day return window, but I could sell it back to them as a used computer at a loss and buy something else. I will never shop at Best Buy again.

Withing the first week i had to reinstall windows and input the bit locker. 3 weeks later i had to send it off for service as it would power up and the lights would work but no output to monitor nor did i have any connectivity to the mouse or keyboard. now going to be 2-4 weeks before it is sent back to me.

Please pay attention to the other poor reviews. I wish I had done so. My machine constantly froze and when it didn't freeze it was the slowest machine I've ever had . . . and I've had computers since the early 90's. Something is definitely wrong with the ram on this machine. This is being reported all over the internet and even HP confirmed there were issues with some of these models. Why Best Buy continues to sell this is shameful.

We love the computer, and the pick-up service was great. The set up was easy despite no instructions in the box. I am not happy to learn (after the purchase) that the Intel Core i7-14700F is having crashing problems in the field. Waiting for an Intel patch, and hope that they get it right.

Outlets on the back are incredibly loose. HDMI and Power cable constantly fall out of the tower. Other internal components (GPU& CPU) are already starting to go bad and I have only had this thing for a few months.

I bought this pc back in july 2024. It worked fantastic until one day I turned it on and it didnt start. I did plenty of troubleshooting and believe the cpu is the issue. The 13th and 14th generation intel cpu are having tons of issues that over 90% are experiencing. I do not recommend this pc to anyone who wants a gaming setup. Especially at the price they are charging.

They sent me the complete wrong item and refused to send me the correct item. I bought at $1,800 computer and they sent me an instant pot instead.. and they had the audacity to accuse me of scamming. Do not buy anything from Best Buy, it is a terrible company.

Great specs, however it often randomly freezes, the only fix for this is to restart your pc. Happens like once or twice a day, especially during the worst possible times. Definitely not worth the price with it doing that.

If you spend over 1k on something there better be a powercord in the box.

Poor ram quality leads to freezing after a few minutes, and this had happened after multiple windows reinstalls and on two separate orders for the pc, very disappointing, unable to run games. Hp is not the brand you should go with unless you absolutely have to.

Could not get through the setup on this machine. It kept freezing and becoming unresponsive. Was incredibly slow even when moving the mouse. Gorgeous machine and very quiet when on, but ultimately a brick.

Hasn’t worked right since I got it. Freezes up and won’t work.

Worst PC ever purchased in July 24 and had to send it back for repair twice now due to freezing and blue screens. Still working with HP to provide a refund for this HP Omen

I have had problems with the graphics card since it arrived, if I'm not mistaken. The screen turns off and the PC stays on.
