This is excellent gaming pc and for everyday personal use. I enjoy playing hours of first person shooter games on this pc. The gaming experience and performance of this pc is excellent. I'm in love with this HP Omen gaming desktop. I will definitely buy from HP again.

Wasn’t a big fan. I returned it and got something else instead that I’m much happier with. It works, can run games, and is very quiet, but there are alternatives with better value.

Decent pc but somehow ran into storage problems and driver issues with hp. It started out super fast then kept getting slower and slower so I upgraded ram. Didn't help.

Great startup computer. Easy setup. Great for someone who wants a gaming PC but wouldnt know where to start in building one. Memory seems to be taken up quickly. Gonna send to Geek Squad to see if they can help.

Works great, but the RAM is ***NOT UPGRADEABLE*** without purchasing the exact RAM from HP which is ~2.5x as expensive as market value.. The Bios is locked. There are plenty of in-depth reviews on this on YouTube.

I'm not a builder, and not that serious about computers but I've many of the newest AAA games on full graphics without a hiccup. Added another RAM stick and this has been a powerhouse for me. Looks great too, not too flashy but quite elegant. Great desktop!

The clear panel design is nice. Like the rgb function of the case and the rgb ram. Has various options for the color changing. The side panel is very easy to remove. Tooless design. Easy to add more hard drives. Also easy to get to the m.2 drive to upgrade it.

Great PC. Really happy with it. One issue. The PC only comes with 8GB of RAM. 3200. Only issue is when you add RAM, despite clock speed all slows down to 2400. Not a deal breaker, but a major let down.

3/10/2021 Only have had it for a day so bare with me! Everything works as it should no issues yet!. The built in omen app is cool I like light editor! The pc has a fair build quality not the best wiring but it’s ok still seems to work for now! I’ve also done several resets including switching to bios and some of driver updates. Also a big thing to note is i would highly recommend upping to 16gb ram tho this pc comes with 8gb single channel 3200mhz and to some people that’s enough but for someone who wants to leave tabs open and be able to run a lot more simultaneously you will need 16. One more thing if you do upgrade ram you will need to download a program called ryzen master to manually change the memory speed! I will update this review once I’ve installed my 16 ram and with a few more days of use

I decided to buy this computer when it was $100 off after I returned a defective one. 2nd day with it and it has served me well so far. Ran everything I tested with high settings (Minecraft, Valorant, Overwatch, Apex Legends) at over 100 fps, so this is definitely a good starter if you're into games around that caliber or even higher (I've seen reviews saying it runs GTA V well). The fans are quiet. Not silent, but they are quiet. It renders videos from Sony Vegas very fast, but I notice the fan gets really loud near the end of the rendering. It's not a big deal though. I also wish I knew a way to turn off the breathing light on the front of the case while it's in sleep mode, as I keep my computers in sleep mode to resume back to my schoolwork frequently. Other than that, it's a great buy. If you ever catch it on sale, do not miss your opportunity if you're interested.

I have had this PC for a few months and I love it! I love being able to customize the RBG coloring. I installed a second RAM stick and it was super easy to access the inside of the PC.

I have had this for little over two months and thus far has been a nice welcome into the world of PC gaming. Enjoy playing most things at full specs. Look forward to testing things out in the future.

Fast and excellent start up computer for just about anything.I bought this instead of going the "all in one" route because of the sheer customization abilities. This computer should last me a very long time and at a great expense.

It’s my kids computer. He has no complaints, Other than he wishes it had more ram for his games. It’s a quiet machine. It has cool lights. It’s much nicer than the last PC I bought back in the 90’s- Gateway 2000 Pentium 100.

AFTER UPGRADING THIS COMPUTER TO 35 GIGS RAM FROM THE ORIGINAL 8 GIGS AND ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW. IT RUNS SO MANY SIMULTANEOUS TASKS THAT I CAN HONESTLY SAY FOR THE PRICE I PAID I GOT ONE HELL OF A DEAL. I ONLY HOPE OTHERS WILL DO THE SAME

This is my first gaming pc and its left me speechless its beautiful so user friendly and sooo fast well worth it

Great PC, dont game much runs forza and gears of war just fine. Only recommendation is to upgrade storage filled up ssd quick and old fashioned hdd couldn't keep up

I've had this pc for about 4 months and no complaints whatsoever it plays every good i have perfectly, i also stream on it and its runs nice. only gripe is the amount of ram which most who take pc seriously should upgrade asap

My grandson will put this to good use as he heads into his first year of college. He choose this after doing a lot of research and comparison. He reports that it's awesome, powerful, easy to set up and use, and he loves it!

It’s a good PC, ish. Definitely upgrade the RAM if you’re buying this for gaming because 8 gigs of RAM just isn’t gonna cut it. My suggestion is Corsair. Also, upgrading the PSU is also something that I would recommend because 500w is ok but not too great. I put in a 750w Modular ATX PSU, also by Corsair. Getting it in was pretty tricky so don’t do it unless you know what you’re doing; I had this done for me. Third and maybe most important, cooling. This thing, with its stock heatsink for the CPU, runs hot as hell. 55c to 65c when idle. That probably has something to do with the fact that the heatsink is round at the bottom and doesn’t even cover the entire CPU chip, nor does the thermal paste. My suggestion is a Corsair H60 liquid cooler. I know, I went full Corsair on this thing, and I swear I’m not getting paid or anything to write this review before you think that, its just that I trust Corsair over any other brand. Installing the liquid cooler was absolutely maddening and took well over an hour to do, as the backplate for the mount is secured on by adhesive. Do not try to pry it off or you’ll kill your motherboard. Also I’m pretty sure even attempting this voids your manufacturer warranty so don’t do it unless you have the accident protection warranty. But after having this installed my temps run much better. Like, idling at 37c to 47c. 65c under max load. 3 star review because HP made this thing hell to upgrade, barely any room for cable management and the heatsink is very poor.
