Overall a decent pc. Not many complaints to make about it. It also came with a portable mouse and keyboard in the box if you don’t have one already.

I am not a gamer, but we use it to stream our worship, and it is great. We have had no glitches at all, when we were having all kinds of trouble with our old pc.

This is my son's first gaming computer. I was surprised he much it costs. I'm in the health field so I don't know much about these things so I went off on his research. He loves it so I'm happy

Great starter PC. will have to upgrade ram when able to, other than that solid purchase. A bit overpriced, but during the 2021 GPU drought it’s definitely worth it.

Purchased for my Game obessed son and haven't heard one complaint from him, not about the computer or the chores he's been having to do because I bought it! Win win for parents!

Really like this PC. I didn't buy for Gaming, though may give it a whirl, rather for processing and multi-screen use. Easy set-up and no issues noted since purchase.

I think you could get other pre builds with better specs at a better price but this one looks really cool and easy to upgrade so I like .

My son loves his gaming computer. Fast enough for online games and works well for online schooling and homework. Love that this gaming computer is an HP!!!

I wasn't sure about buying a prebuilt system, but I'm glad I did. Saved me a lot of time and got me the performance I was looking for.

This is the best pc I’ve gotten it does everything I need and it goes beyond that I can change the pattern of the lights to be what ever I want them too

This computer is really cool. It lights up and has different colors. I like using it as a night light as well. When my friends come over it’s super cool.

This was a Christmas purchase for my kid and he is very pleased with it. He likes the processing power and the 256G SSD added storage was a bonus.

If you do upgrade the ram, there is no bois settings to let you change you’re speed , the mother bored is only 4 pin , you can’t upgrade the stock cpu cooler , the heat sink is way too thin , you can’t overclock a Ryzen 5 that is ment to be overclocked , need I say more ???

Hands down your product is superb the gentleman who help me was amazing in helping me find what I need for my business. Unfortunately I had to cancel the product when it arrived to the store for pickup. Your Geek Squad is horrible when it comes to customer service. I think maybe Best Buy should not sale the computers if Geek Squad doesn’t have time to install the necessities and upgrades for the computer. I purchased your entire Geek Squad package and they was unable to set-up my computer when it arrived to the store. I was asked to pickup the computer and bring it back 2 1/2 weeks later to get everything install. I purchased the computer on May 27, and would’ve waited until June 17 to get services, I don’t think that is customer service or a returning customer. How does that make since when the computer is delivered to the store and literally 30 feet from the Geek Squad counter. If you are under staff and there is customer demand, get staffed properly or the results are loose money. Maybe you don’t need my $1500 and it showed and that’s why I returned the computer and the entire package. When Best Buy has time for the smaller company I will go back. Robert.

Runs fast, great for multitasking and great for gaming. Just as others mentioned, upgrading ram is recommended.

Highly recommend this gaming pc. There is a hp omen command center where u can change the lighting of the rgb and the speed of the fan.

This is an amazing start pc. Only thing I updated was the memory to 16g instead of 8. If you do this make sure you do it right with a static band
