Its is a good pc but had to take it in for repair 3 days after having it.

I think the pc I received Is defective because it won’t last longer than 20 minutes without turning off and I’ve been monitoring the temperature of the cpu and cpu and they’re both fine. The pc over all is great and runs fast just wish mine worked

I purchased this back in May of 2020. The performance was great for a short period of time. After a few months of use, I started to get poor performance. It was a tad over priced for the components inside the computer. I would recommend going with the model with increased specs.

I tried to play Warzone on the 8gb of ram and it is unplayable. You need at least 16gb of ram. You get framedrops every second. Also fortnite was running 144 FPS in game on all low settings. Definitely not worth.

This computer was awesome and I was able to run all of the Adobe programs with no problem. I was also able to play some games on max settings. But I had this computer for 6 days and it just stopped working. I was on the internet and all of a sudden the whole computer shuts down. So, I turned on the computer and nothing happened. Then I waited for 30 secs and tried to turn it on again. Then I heard a loud pop noise and the computer smelled burnt. It sucks because I just had all my programs downloaded and I was going to start on a project. I will be returning this on Monday and buying a different brand. Either I got a bad product or this PC was poorly made. Judging by the other bad reviews I think this computer poorly made.

We are on the second attempt at this computer. The first started powering off automatically unexpectedly and the frequency increased - we will see if the second does the same thing. Seems like a consistent flaw in reading lower rated reviews.

It has a defective cooling unit. Best buy should look into this..purchased a ibuypower computer..does excellent proper 5 fan cooling unit works like a charm

Bios is simple not a MSI type of Bios where you have full control of peripherals like RAM, Processor, etcetera. This is a PLUG &PLAY ONLY! system Ram goes from 3200 speed single stick of Ram To 2666 speed when you install 2 sticks of Ram Customer Service over the phone was terrible(sounded like i was talking to a woman in INDIA with kids, dogs & cars in the background) couldn't understand her because of the HEAVY accent Two thumbs down HP needs to get their act together if their going to compete with cheaper gaming consols

Do NOT recommend AT ALL. Freezes CONSTANTLY, not even while playing games. Even doing school work it freezes. I’ve taken it back to best buy twice now, and they are no help. All that OMEN by HP said they will do is have me ship it to them, so they can look at it, which I was told may take up to 30 Days. WASTE OF MONEY. I’m so dissatisfied & disappointed with this product. I was so happy to buy this PC, especially after reading all the reviews about it. But I do NOT Recommend buying this PC.

For someone at the time not willing to spend a large sum of money to buy a high tier gaming desktop or build my own unit, this desktop was great. Any limitations that I experienced I knew going in since it is an HP computer at the end of the day. It did the job. Only thing I was dissatisfied with was a bit of false advertising. Original advertising showed that it could be overlocked and it was implied that you can add RAM. You can add ram, however the BIOS does not allow it to run at full speed.

Honestly I hated this pc it had nothing but problems. Not sure if I just got a lemon but I had all sorts of weird issues with it. It would always change my audio source for no reason, it would disconnect anything plugged into usb for like 30 seconds for no reason, I would get blue screens when starting up games. And other things that just caused headaches.

Not very good, will never buy another HP product. Had computer freezes from day 1, ended up putting my own OS (Win10 pro) on it. It's much better now.

Do not buy this computer. Listen to the other 1 star reviews. Might be my fault for buying HP, but this thing started bugging out and crashing 3 days into use with some light gaming and iTunes playing. I needed a computer for school, and it arrived 5 days late while Best Buy couldn't tell me a thing about my order status in that time. Insanely frustrated from all angles of this experience and I will be returning the computer as soon as possible.

The mother board get easily not working, not even a month lucky we get a warranty

I bought the pc I was super excited and happy played Fortnite 165 FPS (constistant) at the first 2 months the next 2 fly by I’m getting stutters on Fortnite and YOUTUBE! How the heck dose this happen like what and I get lots of frame drops not good for the price this is like 600 for the quality it was “super fast” at the start yeah great job HP/Best buy for this choice of a pc

It stopped working after 6 weeks. It just shut off, did not turn on anymore. They give you 30 days to return it but I got a return on a gift card. Very expensive computer to stop working so soon, very disappointed. It was shipped to the store and handled poorly. It must of been hit or dropped because the box had a large hole on the center.

d drive kept disconnecting and the cpu was very laggy but barely working.

Very disappointed in the durability of this product. The components seem to be of great value given it's price, but computer only lasted one month before we heard a loud pop from within the case and it wouldn't turn on. Thankfully this happened on the last day of the 30 day return policy. Very disappointed in HP's quality control.

Purchased in store and label said 32 gb of ram. Only had 8.
