Very disappointed that this desktop stopped functioning. It worked great right out of the box on day one, however, when I shut it down for the night and turned it back on in the morning, I wasn't getting any display signal from the GFX card. Like the other 1 stars have previously stated, the defect rate on these may be higher than expected.

I do not and I don’t believe I purchased this before.

I purchased one of these and out of the box it ran alright. A lot of the big games I wanted to run didn’t run properly. After four short days of owning it, it turned off and would never turn back on again. I had to return it and it turns out a lot of these have the same issue.

I will be picking up my fourth computer. Twice the graphics card was loose inside. The other one the computer just kept on restarting for no reason. Very frustrated and passed off. Best Buy has limited stock so I had to order one every time.

Only had this pc for three weeks and it crashed. Had to send it in for repairs and go could not gets parts or give me a time line for repairs.

Literally acted as an EMP for my WiFi router. When you turn the computer on it sends out a strong signal, this causes the WiFi to go out every time the device is connected, it also continues to do so as you are on it.

I've had this product for the past 3yrs and I got to say it runs pretty much every game with 60fps 1920x1080p. I've had to put new ram in which is 32 gigs to make it run really good and the only real problem with the PC is my lights went out on the computer during the first year of having it. I love this computer but I'm eventually going upgrade up to a new computer. If you want a PC that works fine I would suggest this one and put more ram in the computer. The only games it has a hard time running games is like Starfield, Hogwarts Legacy and other graphically high end demanding games.

this is a great pc but when its says its supposed to have a extra x1 PCIE slot that it doesn't have would not recommend this PC if you have any ideas about streaming or updating anything on this pc.

I received this pc with no power cord and a missing hhd

Really hard to judge this product as mine wouldn't even start. Had to return it. The value was okay, especially considering GPU prices at the time.

The silly thing broke after and update failed. The tech at the store were so rude and unhelpful, ill never buy anything from that chain ever again.

Graphics card went bad within the first year. I wouldn’t recommend it. Sure it looks cool and all but doesn’t perform that great.

I’ve had it for 2 weeks and it’s really laggy and can barely play games properly just stay away from it it’s BAD!!!!!!

Every time I start this computer it resets my modem. Ive added updates, replaced my modem, even took it into Geek squad. Im lost

Almost , The MOST PERFECT pre-build PC. Aside form on a single 8 gig ram stick of memory, this pc is GREAT. Just get another 8 gig stick of ram for dual channel ram mode. It features non proprietary parts , so replacement parts are not specialized parts. If anything fails, just go and easily replace it. A good cpu, a good video card, a good quality power supply, and a quality Nvme ssd . This pc is good for the latest AAA level gameplay at high or ultra 1080p resolutions. The case design has good air flow , but a top 120mm fan can and should be added. It would definitely recommend this pc.

Died in 14 days, fortunately 1 day before the 15 day return period.

Keeps shutting off after less then a year. I will never buy another

Been using this computer for nearly 5 years now and it’s been such a powerhouse! Stable and reliable. I’m still currently using it and will definitely be handing it off to my family as I upgrade to a newer Omen here in a bit. Super satisfied!
