First gaming PC! Never owned any other PC with AMD processor. I was afraid of the heat issues. Everything works faster than my i7 pc! Still, it does get noisy when the fans speed up during FS2020. According to the Omen gaming hub, it has never left the green zone for temp. The case and RGB lighting is great. The SSD is too small. FS2020 utilized 75% of the 256GB capacity! But that is what I bought this for!!

Love it! It's super fast, love the graphics, and love the lights. Definitely recommend.

Very happy with performance. Seems like a good value. Not a huge fan of the keyboard though.

It works great with no issues at all. I can run any game on the highest graphics with no drop in frame rate. The only thing I don't like is the RGB RAM stopped working properly after about a week. The lights will no longer sync up to the commander center. This is a very minor gripe and should in no way deter you from purchasing this computer.

My son wanted to build a gaming PC like his friends have been doing but there wasn’t a lot of parts out there he wanted available in time for Christmas. This unit was pre-built and had much of the parts he wanted. It’s also upgradable so he can learn to work on it from a solid above base PC. He’s been having a blast with it and needs to start learning about the computer and how it works. Overall a good purchase.

This pc was a great value until recently the cpu has been overheating during gaming even with lower settings - after much research I found that the fan that comes with the cpu is subpar and can't be replaced without breaking the board due the factory assembly and some unwell placed glue

I am very happy with this PC. Make no mistake, its not top TOP end, but very formidable! It has a awesome processor, very good system RAM, and a very decent mid-ranged gfx card. But this kit is more then that... Its quality components all around, its a solid, well built PC, and its stunning to look at visually. For the money, its the best price/performance gaming PC you can buy if you value form as well as function.

Had been eying this PC for a long time - it went out of stock many, many times before I finally purchased it, but I had to be sure - lol - watched numerous YouTubes and reviews, etc and finally did it - I knew I wanted an HP, as my last gaming PC was HP and it was perfect - no issues. Just wanted to upgrade to a newer PC and this was it. Is performing well, no issues so far, and I am happy!

Overall I have been extremely impressed with this prebuilt. I have always said I wouldn’t buy a prebuilt but with graphics cards so hard to find right now and wanting to upgrade from my setup and it having the cpu and graphics card I was looking for at a decent price I went ahead and pulled the trigger. I have since upgraded the ram and ssd but other than that i have been extremely happy with it!

So far all I have used this computer for is web browsing and some Adobe Photoshop & Video editing. It's a new computer and like most new computers it runs pretty fast, hopefully it continues to run at a good clip. From a specs perspective, I've never owned a computer with this good a specs before, so it's impressed me thus far.

Great gaming pc to start off. Temperatures definitely get high in the first week or so but the more you run the system the temps go down I still suggest replacing or buying a water cooler. Beside the temperatures this PC runs everything at its highest rate with no problem would definitely recommend.

Super easy to set up. My son is very happy as he can now run games that his previous desktop could not. Great machine at a solid price, since I have been hunting and this is the best I could find from a reliable source. Family Office 360 was incredibly easy to set up too. Easier than my daughter's laptop that she just bought also at Best Buy for about the same price. (i7, 16GB Mem, 17" touch)

The VAST majority of this machine is great. However the WI-FI card is really bad. Like it's almost unusable sometimes. If you can wire this machine though, it's great. The power supply is 500W but that is more than enough to run this machine. However if you wanted to upgrade the GPU much that will also need an upgrade.

I just swapt from console to PC and have had 0 experience gaming on pc and i have got to say i was not let down by the build of this machine its geforce 2060 rtx has handled exceptionally well with every game I've played so has the CPU! it's perfect for allowing you to upgrade and modify easily even though you're already above the base line for a beginner PC I love it and recommend beginners to start here.

I love my new Omen. I have had problems with HP products in the past and was reluctant to order this. But my son pointed out that the internal components were made by other manufacturers. And the price was perfect for me!! I can play games again with my GEForce RTX. The speed and quality are great. And it is so pretty! I had to put it up on the desk so that I can see it better!
