This item was exactly as described. We purchased reconditioned because there were no new units available. As for the computer, it does what we need. It fast and it runs smoothly.

Previous build was on its last legs, architecture was old enough that an upgrade would warrant all new parts. Saw this on sale for 300 off and figured why not, looks nice and so far runs solid.

With it having the Ryzen 7 chipset and the gpu being a 2060 cant beat that price and quality

This computer is awesome for the price. I like the fact that HP uses consistent components for their gaming computers, that they offer AMD processors, and they are a well established company.

Nice computer, definitely much better than building it yourself, good quality overall, and it looks great. You can't go wrong with having something this powerful to make life easier.

Great best gaming pc, its poweful, I can run high end games with no problem, i bought it a year and a half ago and its still running

Great for gaming. I’ve had it for a month. So far so good. Finally settled on this one after looking out on other pre assembled ones.

This machine works great and is excellent at running games and doing intense graphical work as I do. Command center is awesome to control lights as well as more specific aspects of the hardware.

This gaming PC is a beast! Games played: Sims 4, WOW, Planet Coaster, Planet Zoo, Parkitect, Minecraft and a lot more; they all run flawlessly. Definitely would recommend buying this gaming PC.

Overall was satisfied with my purchase. I wish the motherboard would’ve had more room for upgrade but being my first pc I can’t complain.

i have try another brand of pc and this by so far has been the best my son is loving it playing fortnite

Overall it’s a nice PC if you’re a beginner like myself. It’s easy to use and not to complicated once you get the hang of it.

Looking fpr a gaming pc to start out with? This one is perfect. Ive had no issues at all with pc. Running warzone at 100 fps consistently. Highly recommended for first setup

WOW, it starts up fast and never slows down. the SSD drive has plenty of space along with the speed of the 16GB of RAM. It even has an expansion slot for a second 1 or 2 TB expansion drive.

Quality built, looks nice on my desk. Good price, considering the scalper prices of GPUs right now. Look forward to upgrading parts later on to bring it to current generation.

Looking for a great desktop! Well this is it!! Excellent desktop! My son uses it for everything from his school work, searching the web to his gaming stuff. The lighting is pretty neat!

Very good mouse and keyboard are a regular one 2060 is the short one you should get a bigger power Supply it comes with 500w

I score this on cyber Monday week for 950, an absolute steal! I am so impressed with this rig! It’s super powerful and the 2060 puts out great graphics! I couldn’t be happier with it!

My only complaint is its not meant to upgrade anything in it at all. Theres no room to upgrade to more ssd or a better cooler for the cpu
