It’s the second HP computer I’ve returned in the past 3 years. I went with a CyberPowerPC again this time. the internal components are cheap. The motherboard for example is not upgradable. It has 2 ram slots only. Overall, it’s not a good purchase for the price that they ask. $1100 to $1150 is what this machine is worth. I wouldn’t pay the $1500.

Great looking computer and runs games pretty well. Only downside to it’s nice and modern looks is its small size. Hard to swap in bigger items.

This is exactly what I needed and wanted in a desktop computer. It exceeds my expectations in every way and added to the decor of my office.

Runs smoothly, may need to upgrade cooling fans but overall definitely worth the price.

Purchased to get into pc gaming. Very easy to set up and work with. I’ve researched for awhile and this was the beat prebuilt bang for your buck.

Been a great gaming computer out-of-the-box! I am a casual gamer but needed a better computer to handle the games I do play. (Graphics card, memory, cooling, etc...) I have had no problems with overheating as was reported in the first generation of these machines. Looks easy to upgrade when the time comes. I have never worked on a computer before but would consider it with this one. Been a great computer for me and recommend it to anyone interested in it.

This PC is standard for beginners I smile every time I launch a game. Great first PC purchase has been a great experience day and night

I was so excited to get this pc as a gift for myself and after owning the pc for about 2 weeks I am very dissatisfied. The CPU's cooler is very poor. When just browsing the internet, my CPU averages 74*C. When playing games such as Ark Survival Evolved and Rocket League, my CPU would reach dangerous temperatures averaging above 90*C. Now onto my main problem. After 2 weeks of gaming, my computer now refuses to open any games. Upon starting up any game I am met with a black screen and my computer restarts itself. This was my first ever gaming PC and I'm honestly scarred for life. I'm currently trying to see if I can get it repaired or exchanged, but the problem arose after best buy's return period.

I bought this for video editing. It is working quite well and is a very good value for the money.

Powerful gaming PC, good amount of memory & nice clear cover showing the internal parts. Comes with 1.25TB of storage but could use more.

it has good fps for games that use 60 gbs or less and for the ones that are like 80 gbs and more the fan gets loud but everything else is good
