Its a good looking computer but returned it because price was a little high for what it had. Also temperatures were pretty high, CPU reached 87c while gaming, GPU was hot also but its a blower style so wasn't surprised there, RAM stick upgrade option is limited to only what HP sells, case will not fit a triple fan GPU, maybe a double would fit but it would have to be a little small, only one extra mount for 120mm fan, exhaust fan was small, 82mm if I remember right, wouldn't really consider this "upgradeable" for the space that's in there. Would recommend something else.

This was my second attempt at a Pre-built gaming PC at Best Buy. The first one just died on me. (not the same machine a different one, just bought from best buy: was a gaming PC desktop as well.) This one straight out of the box after setting up windows and playing a couple of low end games was overheating to dangerous temps right away as soon as I loaded the games up. Idle temp was 68c... If that tells you anything, and this was straight out of the box after loading everything up, windows, a few games. I gave it a good test of about 4 days to see if it was just me and then it started rebooting off an on. I am surprised this machine was given such high reviews elsewhere. Needless to say, today I am taking it back for a return, now. If you are curious about the temps on full load gaming. 205F was the highest, 188F was the lowest and it pretty much stayed right around 192 when it wasn't on the 188 or over 200F. It was very easy to set up out of the box though. It had a bunch of pretty lights you could change in the Omen Command Center program that came with it too. So I give ease of use for set up, an excellent score.

My wife and I share this computer and, after using it every day for the past month, have had no problems. We mainly use it for playing games and recording gameplay. The only thing we added to the computer were some extra magnetic dust filters, because we have cats. If I were getting another computer I would consider buying this one again.

my first computer strictly for gaming, loving it so far. Co.es with 2 video outputs so upgrading to dual monitors was a no brainer. I did have a problem with it continuously shutting down while I was in the middle of something. Took it back to Best Buy and they swapped it out with another, problem solved. No issues with the second one.

Offered the 12 months payments without interest using the Best Buy credit card. Also awarded reward points for the purchase. Long wait in cold to enter the store.
