If I could find this model at a decent price, I would buy two or three more. I've had no problems with the exception of the video card going out one time, and the HP team was on it fast! The computer was diagnosed, repaired with a new video card, and sent back in less than a week!

I use this computer for personal use instead of gaming. 16 gb ram vs 8 gb ram is a huge difference. I open up a lot of apps, and this computer is able to handle it with no lag or other issues. I'll never go back to anything under 16 gb ram. And also, it looks great with the transparent glass and changing colors inside the computer.

A solid PC that gives you great frame rate on the most popular titles out like Apex, COD, Battlefield 2042, Halo and so on. Boots up fast and I have not experienced a single hiccup on it so far. First time using a gaming PC and I am very happy with it! Great for a pre built.

This computer was really awesome. I had a blast playing it the set up was nice. Had a really cool feature where the glass screen would pop out but not come fully detached, it was pretty dope. I would definitely buy again if they had the same set up with better components now.

Computer ran good and would handle some gaming for sure. We had an issue getting a microphone to work. Went through all the troubleshooting tries and still nothing had to return it because nothing would work with correcting the sound issues.

Was looking for a gaming desktop within my budget and this setup is a beast for the money! I like that the case isn't flashy and looks "professional" like you can have it in an office and it doesn't stand out. That said, I do love the RGB lights inside and on the RAM sticks. This is a great for time Pc setup!

I love nearly everything about this computer. The design is great, components seem well installed, cable management is fantastic, and there is a ton of room for for future upgrades. I WANTED this computer. In fact, I STILL want this computer. After making my purchase I brought it home, installed all of the appropriate drivers, made sure everything was up to date, restarted windows, launched a game, and within seconds was met with a black screen/no display detected. Thinking I must have not installed a driver properly, I checked my settings, reinstalled the most up to date driver from Nvidia, and still nothing. I looked up this issue, installed Nvidia's hot fix for the problem and still nothing. I then thought that maybe a fresh install of windows would solve the issue. One fresh install later, and still nothing. I used DDU to completely remove any previous Nvidia drivers, reinstalled windows a second time, updated drivers and no luck. I scoured the internet and found that while not too common, this issue is fairly well documented in Nvidia cards, but could be a range of issues. After trying nearly every fix found online to no avail, I contacted Nvidia support, sent them a snapshot of my specs and they themselves had no idea what was causing the problem. I then contacted the manufacturer (HP) and they had no idea either. They ended up offering to repair the unit as it was definitely still within warranty, but for a computer I had only had for a few days at this point, sending it off to the manufacturer to fix a defective part with an estimated turn around time of more than a week didn't feel like the right course of action. I ended up returning the computer to Best Buy and would absolutely try my luck with another one, but due to inventory constraints there was no units available. Like I said, I want this computer. I think Omen has a great product on their hands that works as a bridge for a lot of consumers into PC gaming, but Im just disappointed I wasn't able to really take this machine for a test run. Hopefully I can find one in stock soon so I can write a review based on what Im sure seems like a great PC on paper.

I returned this due to freezing and needing to be reboot multiple times, but while it was working it was great. If I wasn’t scared of the freezing happening more frequently I would have kept it.

Potential overheating problems? This is a great gaming PC but I have had to return to HP once after purchase to have the graphics card repaired. This occurred only after about a month and a half of use. Believe this was due to overheating that led to failure of the card. It became noticeable when the computer would lose sync with the monitor when starting games. HP customer service was great to work with to get the product fixed however. Time will tell if it happens again.

Plays games and powers the Htc Vive pro headset just fine. Only complaint is no extra expansion slots. The slots it has are taken up by the gpu. So unable to put the wireless vr kit in it as it takes a slot. Others perfect machine.

It does as advertised. The only thing I did was change the CPU cooler, because the stock cooler wasn't doing a good job. I originally was going to build my own PC but everything was out of stock. This was the next best option.
