Exceeded my expectations. Perfect parts for animation, gaming, or anything you need. Of course, with the whole PC parts shortage (currently being posted 4/30/2021, and the product is 1300), this would be priced a bit lower if there werent scalpers buying every single computer part.

Computer was great, but the keyboard had a faulty ESC key. I tried to return the keyboard and exchange, but the store said I had to return the entire thing and exchange it all for a new computer which isn't worth the effort.

The specs of this computer are as advertised, and is working out great for gaming. Note: we had an initial issue with the 'three beeps' error, but the dedicated HP Omen Customer Service helped us solve this (common) Windows problem in less than 15 minutes. We would buy it again!

Honestly in the beginning i was getting into a few issues but nothing too big its a really good starters gaming pc stock cooler for cpu isnt so great so after a while i suggest getting a Liquid Cooler installed

So far so good only issue I’ve had was I have to push the power button more than once to power it on kinda weird but I’m 3 weeks in and don’t really want to take it in unless it doesn’t power on what do ever I got warrant on it so I should be good . Other than that it’s a good pc.

DO NOT PURCHASE this product OPEN-BOX. Although if you are a Best Buy member you have 15 days to return, 30 days (Elite), & 45 days (Elite Plus) to return the product which Best Buy is wonderfully easy. Originally planned on building a Gaming PC as a gift for my Son's birthday. Due to GPU prices sky rocketing. I decided to go with a pre-built Gaming PC. Which are apparently in high demand too. Especially if you are trying to purchase in-store. Because this HP Omen 30L was the only "Gaming Desktop PC" that Best Buy had in-store. which was also an "Open-Box". I purchase it to try it out. Every time I would "try" to game on it the monitor screen would instantly go black. The GPU (GeForce RTX 2060) that came with the Omen 30L was defective.

My son loves his new PC. He has set it up for gaming right now. We are excited to see him use it for school as well. He loves the LED lights, giving a cooo vibe o his room. The set up was seamless. He was most pleased with the fast download speed. This is his first PC.

I have been able to run everything I wanted and then some with this PC. I have had zero issues so far and am loving it! My friend was looking for a computer, to which I recommended this one, and he has had similar performance without any issues.

This is a great prebuilt. I have friends who bought prebuilts from other manufacturers that wish they would have bought this one instead. My only complaint is limited upgradability due to case size. The components that HP put into this computer are actually great.

Good prebuilt PC. Overall it’s the best you’ll get for the price. Personally it should be worth around 900, now that’s a fair price. I recommend you go to NEWEGG and build one of your own. Well worth it.

Great PC, plays the latest games, great displays. Glad we spent a little extea money for the video card and prkcessor. Didnt know anyrhing about PCs, spent alot of time with the bsst buy guy and got a great deal around black friday time. Glad we went with this one.

Great pc runs amazingly didnt really want to buy it when I seen the reviews but it’s not what they said it was, but it’s a little loud but it depends on what game your playing and you can adjust the fan speed. Has amazing graphics. overall great pc.

Do not hesitate to buy this product. It's perfect for gaming. It might be a little bit expensive but its worth it. One cool thing about this product is that you can control the rgb lighting in the omen command center.

This pc is nowhere near the amount they're charging for it i can't play one game without a stutter and dip in fps I've spent too much time trying to fix it myself but to no avail, for 1350 usd I should not even be having a problem like this not even a week into its lifespan and HP support is a laughing stock they said "is your monitor working fine" nooo it's not like I can see what you're typing "is your pc running fine?" Yeah its definitely working fine thats why I'm contacting your support team. This is the second computer I've purchased with this issue and 9/10 chances its always a hardware issue avoid at all costs you have been warned.

Do not buy! I received this on a Friday, played for a combined 2 hours with time in between, giving the video card time to cool down, and while playing, the video cut out multiple times. I believe I may have gotten a bad gpu..other than that, there is very limited storage if you want to put more SSD nvme’s in. I would recommended getting a different tower or make your own build.

So far I've had this PC for about a year now, it's handled fantastically. At first I had concerns about processing power and cooling, but they've not come up at all.

It was a great computer, specs are amazing. Only thing was that mine came damaged so I had to return. But it was due to shipping: just my luck. Would heavily reccomend.

Great computer so far. Son has been able to play all his games and not complain about glitching. Great price for what I got. 949$on sale Christmas time. Wish it had a little more SSD memory.

Great starting pc just needs a few upgrades with the cooling of the pc. Added more fans and a better cpu cooler. I also upgraded the gpu but the 2060 held up good on 1440p gameplay at medium to high settings on COD
