Pros: -Works out of the box -RGB -Case aesthetic -Game performance ran excellent in 1080p and 1440p in the high 100s in fps for Cold War. Cons: -CPU cooler performs poorly at times -Case design is poor and makes the case way hotter than it should be. My temps for games at 1440p were reaching the high 70s and early 80s in C. There are things you can do to improve this such as add fans but you're pretty limited and better off getting a case with better airflow. -Inside the top of the case are 4 plates on a mounting bracket. They trap heat. remove them. -Motherboard is pretty bad. Limits the ram upgradability. Even swapping the ram will default you at a lower speed. It's a hassle that shouldn't exist on a product like this. -The side panel broke for me easily, but that may just be my fault. -My USB 3.0 ports would not read my microphone that can be read on different motherboards. Could be my drivers, but again this should not be an issue for a product like this. Drivers should be updated out of the box., Overall this is pretty overpriced. No reason to go for an RTX 2060 model. There are cheaper 1080p cards and better cards for a similar price (disregarding the scalping currently going on). Go for a different PC tbh

I am very impressed with the quality HP has put into their OMEN gaming computers. I couldn’t be more happier with this purchase and I recommend this for anyone looking for a gaming PC.

Great computer. Bought at a great deal. My son uses it for gaming and it is great for what he needs. Only negative is it is hard to upgrade but other than that it is a great computer.

Ran well for casual use, but as soon as I tried to run moderately demanding games on it, even older ones on the lowest settings, my monitors would both turn off, even the one that wasn't displaying the game. After lots of searching online and having a friend look at it, it seemed like an issue with the power supply. I ended up returning it since I bought it largely in part to run more demanding games and it simply wouldn't do that.

Honestly wasn't sure at first. It was a Christmas gift to my son. He's been wanting one for sooo long so I decided on this bc the gentleman helping me told me alot I liked. Turns Mom did great. My sons absolutely loves his new gaming pc.

Startup and shut down are super fast. When watching videos it does tend to freeze up every now and again. Lights are a bit much but finally found out where to turn them off.

Love it, the power is great for most games I throw at this PC and the LED lights are out of the world. The only cons would be higher case temperatures with inadequate airflow.

Bought for my 14yr old for Christmas. So far so good. It is fast and quiet. He hasn't had a single complaint. Only giving 4 stars though, because it's only been a week.

Have ran for 3 weeks now and no issues. Bios are not accessible sadly. To upgrade to ram you must buy Hyperx fury ram sticks which are expensive. Other than this it runs great

This is a great computer and has all the things i need. Wi-fi blue tooth and is also a very capable gaming system. Have only had it for about a month or so but have had no issues.

It has been a great start up PC, the graphics are not as it does the job and plan on passing it down to my children as they are gamers as we well.

i was Super happy with the PC, for 13 days. the graphics card stopped working within 14 days, brought it to geek squad as i had paid for the protection plan. after a few weeks of back and forth, they told me to come pick up my pc, it was ready! when i got there they handed me a gift card and said sorry, nothing we could do. as upset as i was, i required a pc, and purchased the only one available in stock, only to be told after paying that i had to wait a week for it to get to the store. i understand the graphics card shortage, and when i showed up to pick up the new pc a week later, the manager pulled it off the truck himself and handed it to me, which was cool. i do think that profits were put over customers in this situation though, as they knew when they sold me the protection plan that they wouldnt be able to replace any graphics cards, should any issues arise, which they did. i still shop here, but only when i absolutely have to. this experience left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth. I ended up buying another HP OMEN 30L from microcenter with an RTX 3080 in it. so i suppose it all worked out.

The system itself runs fine. Cooling is a major problem in this PC. The case is very small and compact which doesn’t provide adequate room for proper cooling. The factory fans are horrible. After replacing each fan the PC still runs around 49-56 C idle. I’d recommend taking the money you’d spend on this PC and putting it towards a different one. To say I’m disappointed in this PC is an understatement.

Good components but the computer ran pretty hot. At idle it sat around 58 - 64 degrees!

Really nice. I enjoy the fact that the lights are fully customizable. I just wish it was a little easier to expand the RAM. We'd like for it to run a little smoother but are having a hard time figuring out how to expand it.

First PC. Bought this when it was on sale. It works great and I like it so far. Fans get a little loud. Had bloatware being a pre-built, but got rid of the majority it.

no complaints! Definitely would recommend. I was a little concerned because I bought this mainly for doing graphics and with Adobe products I was hoping the processor would do what I needed it to do and I have had no issues

This was my first PC . It works good if you play games like apex legends and COD . now I only play a couple games but if your someone who plays a lot of games beware this pv does not have a lot of storage space .

Great PC, love it. It does exactly what I expected it to. Only reason it gets a lower than 5 star rating is because the case lighting does not work.

Great tower for someone who is purchasing their first pc.if you are going to have play a lot of games I would suggest increasing the ssd storage size.ended up making an exchange as the pc I first purchased may have been defective.
