Bought this open box from Best Buy excellent geek squad certified. Either they didn't check to make sure it wasnt broken or didnt ask why the previous buyer returned it. The graphics card was fried. Every time I tried to boot up a game it would load into the loading screen then black screen reset and make me log in again. It did this with every game. Also the stock coolers are not the best by any means. The software to change the lights is very nice, but the native software to check the cpu and gpu temps is inaccurate.It has a very clean look. My guess is whoever purchased this before me either tried to overclock and fried the card or, swapped out their broken card and took the new one. Either way take this review with a grain of salt and just do not buy an open box. In my opinion, you can get a better pre build for the same price. Example: theres a cyberpower here on best buy with the same specs and price except it comes with a 30 series graphics card. Which if you dont know are extremely hard to find right now.

I love my gaming omen. Keep up with the updates it works greats. And make sure you get a nice monitor.

Had the computer for less than two weeks and the LED lights are not working properly. Called the company and they said it should not hurt the performance, however, if this happened that soon I am a little concerned about the entire tower now. Items comes with a generic keyboard and mouse :D Make sure you have an LED cable it does not come with that.

Bought this PC for Church and has been above and beyond for our basic needs. Great prebuilt and the Geek Squad warranty makes it a no brainer

Gaming computer to run high end graphics. Seems to do the job. Looking forward to gaming graphics.

This is a decent desktop. Up to date hardware, excellent interface, above average processing speed, and overall good bang for your buck

This was purchased by our 11 year old. He is loving it so far. He spent months researching the perfect gaming computer before settling on this one.

So far so good if I try to play Cold War on 1080 P it tells me it’s too much and I might have issues

First gaming PC! I know it’s a pre-build, but it’s awesome! I bought the AMD Ryzen 7 2060 variant worth the extra few bucks in my opinion.

Better pc out there for this price trust me on that

Got this for my grandson and he hasn’t mentioned any problems and he uses it every day so I’m assuming it’s great. He loves his gaming.

great pc but only has 1 hdmi port :C other than that it works pretty cool

one of the best prebuilts i can can find and i have enjoyed it a lot since receiving it!! i definitely recommend this pc as a starter!!

As out of the box computers go, this has been my best experience so far! Ended up getting a certified open-box and it came in pristine condition.
