Don’t buy open box from Best Buy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Let me start off by saying Best Buy’s Geek Squad is a joke I bought this as open box in satisfactory condition drove 3 hours for this, once I got to the store I was told by Geek Squad themselves they went through and check the hardware blah blah and it was in excellent condition, just to get it home and the Graphics Card be shot, sent it into HP to get fixed and now I have the computer back it works great does everything I need it to do plays every game I want to play greatly.

Was good for the price when I bought it
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had this computer for about 3 years now, upgraded the GPU to an RTX 3060ti, put an aio water cooler on the cpu and upgraded to 32 gigs of ram. Overall a great computer, BUT runs very hot with the stock cooler. Looking now to getting a better power supply and buying an RTX 4070. But it's a very capable machine the way it comes, if you also upgrade the CPU cooler.
