Don’t buy open box from Best Buy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Let me start off by saying Best Buy’s Geek Squad is a joke I bought this as open box in satisfactory condition drove 3 hours for this, once I got to the store I was told by Geek Squad themselves they went through and check the hardware blah blah and it was in excellent condition, just to get it home and the Graphics Card be shot, sent it into HP to get fixed and now I have the computer back it works great does everything I need it to do plays every game I want to play greatly.
