gameplay not bad. overheats too much. only one small fan. glad i returned and built my own. don’t waste money with prebuilds

I purchased this computer for my so for Christmas. SO the first 30 days it sat making it ineligible to meet their lemon criteria. After my son used the computer for about a month the graphics card started to have errors and eventually would just shut down. After bringing it back to Geek Squad they sold my wife additional protection plan which wasn't needed and than returned it to us and was not fixed. After having error immediately after getting it back we tried to have Geek squad fix it remotely which did not work and now we returned it and Geek Squad said its a manufacturer problem. They Shipped it back to the manufacturer and told us we might have it back in 4 weeks. I have bought many computers from other stores and never been so let down. Word to the wise. save your money and some grey hair. Hope this helped you decide I know I will never order a pre-built from Best Buy again.

The computer is absolute garbage, and Best Buy isn’t any better. After first setting the computer up, it wouldn’t play any games - brand new computer and every game crashed. I checked all the specs, updated all the drivers, and made sure everything was set up correctly, but every single game crashed. Then, Windows decides to update on shut down. Now, every time I turn on the computer, all I get is a black screen and occasionally a mouse pointer. NOTHING has been able to get this computer to work properly. (Yes, I already tried rebooting it, Ctrl+alt+del, win+Ctrl+shift+b, and every other trick out there - seriously, NOTHING works). And now, Best Buy wants me to pay to have it repaired, even though it didn’t work properly when they sent it to me, and oh yes, they don’t actually have any dates available to drop off the computer and have it worked on. On top of that, the computer didn’t even come with the keyboard, mouse, or documentation, so if I return it, they want to dock what I will get back for it. And trying to get an actual person on the phone to explain the situation? Forget it. What a joke.

I had to order this twice as the first order got lost in processing. The second order came a week late and without the "free" game. The port configuration is different that described (there is a reason why the back of the PC is not shown in images!).I called support 4 times so far and was told to take my troubles to a local store and maybe they could help and they could not resend the game. There are also no available expansion slots so before you click "buy" make sure it is Best.

The rgbs doesn’t look so good. Also the starting amount of ssd is crap and don’t try to upgrade it’ll give u problems

Had a lot of Windows errors since the day I got it, thought it was just some up updates required. The error still appears from time to time.

I bought this for my first gaming computer thinking it would be a great start. Seemed to work great for the first 5 days. Day 6 it was loosing connection with my display. Took in to get it looked at. Worked fine again for about 5 more days. Day 6 it was doing the same thing. Was on the phone with HP for 2 days trying everything. (HP were really great people by the way) I then had it, took the computer back and got a full refund.

I bought this computer so I could have a high powered desktop for video editing and running Creative Cloud apps. I hate it. I got it all set up the way I wanted and tried working with it for a day or two but it is awful. I have had it for about a week and have been using my OLD computer that is slow and has a full hard drive because this thing is so awful. It's a beautiful tower but it is SO loud - not just a fan sound like all computers have. This thing puts out a high pitched, constant whining sound from the moment you turn it on and it continues, even when you are not doing anything that requires heavy-duty fan power. It's absolutely horrid. I don't know how can anyone work with this sound constantly going in the background. It drives me nuts! You would think that with a computer this pricey, HP would have figured out how to get rid of the whining sound. Even when the computer is sleeping, it puts out this noise. I have to completely shut it down in order to get anything done in my office because it is so distracting and annoying. I'm returning it today. Back to the drawing board in my search for a high powered computer that can handle the job. I'm pretty disappointed as this one looked great "on paper."

I download Fortnite and Warzone with warfere And my ssd is full I can even update warfere

Works well. Mine was an open box, and makes a little noise when running, but other than that it was a great value.
