Bought this thing, good price for the spec, but from the first moment I booted it, the CPU sat on 70-80C at idle. Did some troubleshooting for about 2 days, talking to HP reps and hundreds of forum posts. No bios OC available, updated bios and everything. Tried a second windows install. Ended up returning it.

Problems from the get go. When I first got it a BIOS update stopped it from booting up. Now it has absolutely no power. This thing is still brand new, I've barely even used it. Last I remember I was installing updates and restarting. Now it's completely dead with absolutely no indication of receiving power. This is the most expensive computer I've ever purchased and by far the worst experience I've had with a computer. Still owe over a grand towards this garbage pc that now won't power on for absolutely no reason. HP has lost my loyalty.

Bought certified new, computer works fine with the exception no games work on it. after multiple days of troubleshooting it appears this was reshipped with a faulty video card or it was somehow damaged in transit. I will likely be getting the same model again, since it has a nice design, but its not giving me a good first impression.

I received this product defective. It would get extremely hot even without using programs resulting in crashing many times, ever 10-30 min. I had seen many complaints about this but decided to try it out anyway. Please review over 1 star reviews.

Hi ping, major lag and glitching 90 days after purchase. Best Buy could resolve. I strongly recommend the Alienware R11. AMAZING machine and so much better in absolutely every way. Runs flawlessly. Thank you Dell and thank you Best Buy for making things right for me.

I ordered this and for the first month gamed on it no problem. Out of nowhere, it started shutting completely off on its own. In the middle of a game, sitting idle on the Home Screen, or just trying to browse the web. Took it Geek squad(thank god I purchased the protection plan) and they ran every single diagnostic under the sun. Although they were super helpful and nice, they could not diagnose the problem. Wasn’t the CPU over heating, or the power supply. Nothing. The final conclusion was it is just faulty hardware on HP’s and end. For the amount of money spent, you’d think this computer would last more than a month. Wouldn’t recommend, and wouldn’t gamble money on this product ever again. Thank god geek squad is able to replace the whole thing and I can get a full refund and completely ditch this junk and buy something else.

    Broke Graphics Card

Keep in mind, there’s plenty of great reviews for this PC when it’s working, and that why I got it. When I received this PC and immediately plugged it in it started beeping which was an indication of a malfunctioning graphic card. I tried to reseat it, but the issue persisted. I took it back to BB and after talking with the Geek Squad employee realized that if I shipped it in for maintenance with the warranty I’d just get a gift card back in a month or so since they price and supply of graphics cards in 2021 are insane. I ended up returning this PC, and it’s the second gaming PC I’ve had to return because of a graphic card issue at BB this year.

This computer does NOT likeke wwirelesss keyboard or ic. . See the above. You probably think I cannot type. The above was typed on my Logitech K350. We thought it was the keyboard, so I purchased another one and had the same issues. HP told me to back up my computer... which I did, then reinstall the operating system, which I did... then all of my files were encrypted.... it has been 11 months and I still have not been able to unencrypt import files. the first sentence above says, This computer does NOT like wireless keyboard or mice. I only use the wireless keyboard and not the mouse. One a Dell desktop, I never had this issue. After 16 months, I am tired of this and looking at a dell desktop again. I'll sell this one before Christmas 2021.
