While it worked, it worked well. But i have the same issues as everyone else with the video card losing signal to monitor so I am gonna try to see if a replacement will actually run. I'll update my review if the next one is actually working.

Decent PC I bought it during black Friday, but after 4 months Its already making weird noises sometimes, and sometimes it can get a little buggy, I have a good network so its not that, other than that great PC for a moderate gamer

I really liked how it looked I was thinking of building my own I got impatient so I figured why not buy a pre built one for my stream pc lol welp .. thing can’t even run my game nor my stream only thing you are buy on this is the gpu thats it the rest is crap fan don’t do there job I had it working now it’s got a new problem where it’s just randomly shutting off bot even getting hot it’s saying the hole thing is a wast I don’t not recommend this pc to any one unless you want to replace every thing in it witch at that point just build your own supper disappointed will never touch any thing hp again will be taking this junk back

Had it for almost 2 months before it started to die on me, everytime i launch a game my monitors would go black and I would have to restart my computer. Tried Wiping my computer reinstalling windows and reinstalliong drivers and it still is a consistent problem.

This is a great PC...when it's running. About 3 weeks in it started to restart when i ran a game. Missed the return date by 2 days and now have to ship the PC to HP for repair seems their is some kind of hardware problem.

It is a decent machine. It has its flaws. I have 3 USB Ports that are bad, It keeps loosing connection with my VR Headset that is Plugged IN. Don't buy one for the VR.

Like the title says, the wireless adapter is JUNK. It doesn't maintain a connection, and when it is connected, it's painfully sluggish. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling/updating drivers.

What I thought was going to be a great purchase turned out not to be. After 2 months I am now have over heating issues or hardware issues, not really sure which one yet but I am getting black screens whenever i try to log into a certain game. Stay away from this PC. Second Omen to give me problems like this.

The graphics card has broken down after playing a 10+ year old game and a lot of missed potential inside the case preventing many customization options

Probably a great computer.... but Best Buy decided to give me the wrong one. So I paid a lot for the base model.... when I took it back they couldn’t get me the correct one, they also took this time to make it out to be my fault and continue to be extremely dismissive and difficult.

I have now wasted over $1250 on this piece of garbage. Right out of the box, the cooling fans sound like a jet engine, and the absurd coil whine doesn't help. I wasted $200 trying to upgrade the Power supply as I thought that was the problem. (Spent $100 on the new psu, geek squad put it in for free, but also messed something up, so I had to spend another $100 at another repair shop to fix that) It did not resolve the issue. I have now wasted about $1800 on this crap. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HP. EVER!!!

This PC keeps restarting for no reason, even when I'm not running games. I tried to fix it by resetting the system and it just reboot during the installation. I tried again and it reboot again. I'm happy that the problem occurred only one week after I received it, so I just returned directly. Please do not buy.

I loved this PC and was singing the praises of HP until I needed help. My video card went bad. To fix it, they want the entire PC shipped back to them in stock condition. I've added upgraded power and cooling, and I'm not going to undo my work just to get the video card supported. Ridiculous, and not gamer friendly. Don't be fooled by their claim you can upgrade modules, because they won't support their PC if you don't have original equipment.

I Demand a refund for my money! After the service with the HP Asstiants and time spent to fix my pc problem it didn’t work. Now I can’t play any games and it’s not returnable with bestbuy after only one month of owning this pc.

My son has only had the computer for 2.5 months and the a few weeks ago the Network card stopped working correctly and he went from 250 MBps to 20 MBps. Tonight, after an update, the computer no longer turns on. The case lights up and the fans go, but the computer never boots. Don't waste your money. Get a CyberPower or other novice gaming computer.

I had this pc since the end of February. 1 month 1/2 later out of no where it never turned back on and I’ve been trying to get in contact with people but I haven’t received help... the pc would turn but it won’t connect to the monitor and like 5 seconds when the pc is on I could hear it slowing down like if it was shutting off but it’s still on.. I tried to search up some reasons and I tried it and still nothing.

So tired of this thing. Bought it April 7th. Already had to take it in once for repair. Forget dead by daylight. It’s not gonna happen. VR Chat you get maybe 5 minutes if you’re lucky. If you’re in a dungeon or raiding on WoW you will let you’re group down because it will most definitely crash. I have so many regrets and this is why I was afraid of. Unfortunately I can’t take the thing back because of the bad return policy.

Mother bored fried within 3 weeks very upset about the situation.

Best Buy is the worst I have ever seen they LIE to the costumer they never answer there phones there Management sucks I will never do Business with them again due to there negligence I was told to never come back to the store or I would be Trespassing I will turn this over to the Better Business Bureau as well as others all over a lap top that could have been fixed from the start Best Buy is. Joke and treat there costumers Bad

Computer started crashing after a week of use. Crashes on start up and during gaming. Still need to get help with the issue.
