This being my first pc it was fun and easy to use but not even a year in and not only did I come across multiple problems such as heating issues and lack of upgrades you can’t really put on. Now the graphics card died on me for no reason whatsoever. I’m no forced to build a new pc and salvage what I can from this abomination of a pc.

Open box no good. Went all the way to New Jersey to buy this computer. When I took it home found out missing ram sticks and computer kept shutting off. Had to send to HP and they repaired it for free. Best couldn’t help at all. And I’m a elite member smh

This is the second HP OMEN that has had issues, first one purchased as a Christmas gift, stopped working after about 2 and a half months. Best Buy replaced it with a brand new one, same issues, but worse the second time around.

Completely disappointing PC. I only run World of Warcraft and do not use this computer for anything else. In less than a year, I have frame rate issues, flickering graphics and slow load speeds to the point that it is a unplayable/unusable. I have tried all troubleshooting recommendations to no avail-pretty much done with HP.

This computer kept shutting down and restarting during live-streaming of church services. Kept showing errors in log. Even though I ran all the updates and turned off auto restart, it just never worked properly. Wasted untold hours trying to get things to work. Best Buy took it back and gave me a great deal on an ASUS which has worked out very well.

I had this PC for less than a week, and was so fortunate to be within the returnable time frame when it died on me. My friend purchased the same one and has not had any issues yet, but mine ran extremely hot and eventually died and would not turn back on. :(

It was shipped to me and I set it up and it isn’t working! I have tried to get geek squad to come out and help with the set up to make sure it isn’t broken. That’s impossible to get! I finally had to get in touch with a district manager to get the manager to schedule something. I’m having to pay on a computer that isn’t working!

Starting to cut out and shut down while running any gaming software after six weeks. Best Buy wants nothing to do with it since I’ve owned it over 30 days. So 6 weeks after buying it I get to see how the warranty service experience at HP will be like now.

Unfortunately, only after seven months of usage the computer gave out. The computer was used to play sims which is not a spec demanding game. It would crash constantly and now it would not even turn on. The computer was not overheating at all during usage.

I believe I bought this system in December of 2020. As of March 2021 I am sending it back for repairs. I guess the video card is failing. I didn't have many issue until now. I have had issues with a HP computer in the past. I wish I would have done a custom build.

I was going to build a PC but I got a good price on this Omen 30L after just 3 months the Ethernet port has gone out. The only way to get fixed is to send the unit to HP and I'm out my just 3 month old PC... so I'd say at this point it's JUNK

Purchased this computer on August 3rd. It was delivered on August 6th, 2020. It was used until July 7th, 2021, when it ceased to work... Not too thrilled on this unit.

    Best Entrance to PC Gaming

Bought this on Black Friday for $1249. This is my first gaming PC so I really wanted something that was prebuilt and had good parts and didnt look like some of the more tacky cyberpower or other weird RGB looking desktops. This thing is solid. I can run every game I've tried at Full HD with Ultra settings and RTX on and get well over 60FPS on everything. Including Escape From Tarkov, Witcher 3, Forza4. At 1440P the FPS drops to average 35-45FPS with DXR at medium which is perfectly fine in my book. The cable management is superb. The temperature does get a little high when under stress but nothing another fan mounted to the top wont fix, or even installing a liquid cooler which I plan on doing. Best Buy actually dropped the price to $949 yesterday and I took my receipt there and they refunded me the difference which was awesome, allowed me to get some more upgrades like a decent keyboard and mouse to go with it since the stock set is really just basic stuff. So if you bought this in the past couple weeks and are within your 30 day return, get your extra 300 bucks! Otherwise I really dont have any complaints other thatn the colors aren't 100 percent accurate when messing with the RGB lights, all the yellows and oranges look exactly the same to me. Buy this while its still on sale, cant build anything that looks and plays the same for the 949 price point.

Purchase as gift for my grandson. Having graphic card issues but squad says no problems, still having graphic card issues. We purchased a 3 warranty which looks like a bad deal because you will not honor you warranty.

Don’t buy this I will be returning due to the awful upgrade in capability AFTER I was told it was fully upgradable by the Best Buy employee. I will be returning this for a full refund and finding my pc somewhere else.
