I’m so tired of having to turn it on and off again and again just to get my programs to even launch. It’s been like this since day one out of the box. It’s a waste of money.

Bought a broken computer

Best buy helped us replace this when it failed

But Best Buy came through like a champ and helped us get a replacement because we were Total Rewards members. Thanks Best Buy for being there for us.
