LED lights that actually make the pc look cool didn’t even work. They flicker when boot up but then go away.

Bought this as an open box and it didn't have its 1tb hdd and the graphics card was way busted.

Dead on arrival and can't order another one due to stock shortages. It wouldn't even turn on...

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS COMPUTER OPEN BOX THEY WILL SELL U TRASH WITH A DEFECTIVE GRAPHICS CARD

Had this computer since 2020 and it is still going strong. Play a lot of high graphic games and its kept up nicely over thw last 3 years. I have no complaints at all.

Had for a few months then just quit working now it won’t even turn on nothing

Not even a year old and it malfunctions and shuts down.

All of the sudden it doesn't work. Won't power on at all.

Received 2 units both Units the video card didn’t work properly

I've had buyers remorse from gaming PC's before. Which is why I decided to invest in a reputable buyer this time. HP's gaming desktops seemed to come pretty well recommended. So I got this one. Starting it up, it was a dream. Games that my old PC chugged trying to play slid like melting butter. It started up almost silent and even hard core programs barely made it blink. But then the random shut offs started to occur. My curse reared its head. I began diagnostics. Discovered in a critical fault on the mother board fan drive. Called HP support. Can you believe they have a dedicated supported line for their Omen computers? And they speak english as a FIRST language. #shockedpikachuface The support guy on the other end was nothing but help. Walked me through various steps to try and resolve the fault that led to the random shut downs. Once it became clear nothing would fix the fault, he pointed me to a licenced repair tech in my area. Went to them and as it turned out, they could not fix the issue either. At this point I assumed I was completely doomed. Opened another support ticket with HP and too my shock two days later FedEx free of charge delivered a box to my door. Put my computer in said box, and two weeks later it has returned. Absolutely no issues. Runs like butter. It is one thing to have a great product. It is quite another to have a company that stands by their product to this level. I cannot, CANNOT stress enough how great the HP Omen is.

Been using this pc for 3 years and it’s honestly amazing, just what I needed to get into pc gaming but the space was too little, very easy upgrade though especially with the extra cables already being included in the build

Have had this PC for over 2 years. Overall it has been a good starter gaming PC. It runs games like Call of Duty and Fortnite at good FPS. Setup was simple. Some of the issues that I have had is that the case has restricted air flow and causes it to run at higher temps. Over the years I have swapped cases and added a better CPU cooler. With these two changes it brought my temps down from mid to high 80s to high 50s/low 60s. I have noticed some of the newer models appear to have a little more air flow so hopefully this has improved the temp issue. Overall I would recommend these to people who are new to gaming PCs. I have learned a lot since owning this to have a better understanding of what to look for in budget to mid tier gaming PCs.
