Well Built All-Around PC
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great PC for casual gaming and work. Everything runs seamlessly on this computer all at once, which can be attributed to the dual channel RAM and AMD’s Ryzen processor excelling in workbench environments. It’s optimized to run a lot of things at once, which is awesome for multitasking. The CPU temperatures while gaming so far have been fine considering it’s air cooled, averaging at about 63 degrees celsius. The fan speed can be controlled by using different presets in the HP OMEN Gaming Hub. I’m personally fine with the current temps since installing liquid cooling can be tedious and expensive. As for the time taken for games to install, it is significantly faster with a SSD, but this prebuilt could use a little more space there if you plan to play a whole bunch of games. The RGB lighting is impressive, the colors are vivid and rich while the case has a beautiful design that still allows for proper airflow. In conclusion, there are features that could be upgraded further depending on how you’re going to use this computer. However, this PC still performs outstandingly well right out of the box and is a good investment considering the GPU shortage and the cost of other components altogether.

One of the better prebuilds on the market
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As far as prebuilds go this one is perfect for my needs with the option of upgrading components down the road if I choose to. This is a great pc if your like me who wanted to build a custom pc but are having trouble finding graphics cards. With a rtx 2060 you'll still be able to play any game you want without having to worry about performance

Great Desktop. Runs a little hot out of the box.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Came very quickly and I had no issues with set up. Great PC out of the box and I hope to have it for 5+ years! Only 4 stars because cooling is not perfect and requires a few alterations. As pointed out by people online, the system runs hot (55ish on idle) when you boot it up. Download the AMD B450 chipset and it will drop a few degrees. I also recommend going to advanced power settings and changing maximum to 99 instead of 100. Also set fan speed to turbo because it is honestly not that loud. There are some YouTube videos that will explain this in more detail and how to add a liquid cooler (for more advanced cooling). I would recommend this for people looking to get a nice desktop for video editing/gaming under $1000

Perfect for beginners
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Was very skeptical about getting into PC gaming, but after researching and finding this mid-range desktop, I’ll never go back to console. Graphics, speeds and ease of use are key. Very easy to upgrade in all aspects. GPU, processor, RAM, adding storage drives and fans. All around great, especially for a beginner like myself.

Good but has bad design
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is an excellent fast computer. The only issues I have with it is that Microsoft is too invasive and the USB slots on the top are not designed well. The top has a slanted section where the power button, headphone jack, microphone jack, and two USB slots are. A normal USB stick will not fit. The power button is also a little hard to push in. You have to use your fingernail. Poorly designed.

Awesome rig for anyone!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Beyond happy with the performance on this PC. I run most games on Ultra with 120fps no issues! Pair this with a 1920x1080 or 2460x1440, 1ms, 144HZ monitor and you’re all set. A lot of people recommend upgrading the cooling system but I haven’t had any issues as of yet. The 16gb RAM is just enough but can easily be upgraded to your liking.

You can control all the lighting, customize it the way you want. So far so good, will update as my son keeps playing on it. You can also upgrade a few years down the road,my son is 11 so I am sure he will be upgrading in a few years as he plays. Great for everyday use also for windows 10.

Go for it!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not a gamer myself, but my boys love their new Gaming Desktops! By the way, these double as fantastic virtual schooling desktops. Hence you're killing two birds with one stone! The lighting is indeed sweet! And I think these are a GREAT value as compared to some much more expensive desktops (Alienware, for example).

Killer
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This PC is pure awesomeness! It can crush mostly everything you throw at it even CyberPunk but 60-80 FPS because it’s not that optimized yet. (Cyberpunk) But any other games it destroys it if you want high-ultra settings at 1080p and it can probably kill 1440 also but I don’t have that yet haha. It’s worth every penny.

Perfect!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Beautiful computer, pretty decent air flow, very quiet, and so fast! Obviously a little on the pricey side, but for what you get, very decent. The mouse and keyboard are cheap.

Surprisingly Quiet
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After a bad experience with noisy, ugly, massive, worthless CyberPower machine (which I returned to Best Buy), I'm quite pleased with my new Omen. The cooling fan is barely noticeable. There wasn't a ton of bloatware to remove. It boots quickly and operates smoothly. It's got a small-ish footprint. The port configuration does not match the quick start guide that comes with it, and the included keyboard and mouse are nothing special, but everything works, and I'll be keeping this one.

Excellent pre-built PC, just not great value
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is an excellent PC for the most part. It is a fantastic looking thing with an futuristic looking, understated and sleek design, It also came with RGB ram sticks in mine. The Ryzen 7 3700x is slightly overkill on the CPU for an RTX 2060 but it does set you up for a large upgrade path in the future. Unfortunately, the mouse and keyboard that come with the PC are really underwhelming and you will likely want to upgrade them immediatley, especially the mouse. They're especially underwhelming in a PC that costs $1250 but the rest of the PC feels and looks super premium and expensive. I wouldn't pay $1250 for this thing (I got it for $950 on cyber monday) but if you can find it for a decent deal, you'll be really happy as it is very powerful and will run just about any game you can throw at it.

Pretty nice I think.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm glad to have gotten this when I had the chance. The best computer for it's performance range with a reasonable price. Especially with the recent chip shortage. Only issue is it only really has one usable slot for M.2 SSDs.

One mean computer
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. What a great gaming computer. It has all the ram and speed I need for all my gaming. It never stumbles or freezes. Super easy to setup. The keyboard is adequate but you'll be happier with the replacement one geared towards gaming. Really like how it lights up on the inside and how it is color selectable.

Good Value
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good computer but did have issues with it which I did have to send back to HP to have fixed. The PC can play just about any game in high graphics. Storage is a bit low so you might have to buy another hard drive/ssd or a bigger nvme.
