Ordered this unit while on back order and was still at my door in 10 days. I've been stoked to get it! I don't want to write a negative review but my first power on sounded like a scene from Texas Chainsaw Massacre. This is not at fault of HP or Best Buy. My 30L is the 2060 variation in which the GPU is illuminated GEFORCE RTX, on the visible side. Problem was that the GPU fan was striking the illuminated logo for the GPU. I was able to slightly loosen the cooling fan screws and shift the fan away from the GEFORCE logo and then re-tighten them. So far, You could hear a pin drop.

I got it out of excitement. While I had it graphics were great and it was a great computer. Later on it stopped turning on and three days after buying it I had to put it in service. Once out in service 2 weeks passed and they told me it was unfixable... don’t know how a brand new desktop can be unfixable but that’s my review. Reason why I gave it three stars was because it worked great when it was working and with my luck it was probably a one in a million chance of that happening. Would’ve gotten another one but knowing that they are sold out I didn’t want to wait to order another one.

Performance is 10/10. I have had zero issues with anything so far. The color adjusting on the case is fun to play around with and gives you a fair amount of choices. For a pre-built system, I would absolutely recommend.

I have been wanting to get into the world of PC Gaming, so i started searching and researching what would best fit me as a first time pc gamer. At first i wanted to build my own pc but being new i did not want to order the wrong things or parts that are not compatible with the rest. So i went into bestbuy and started seraching for a prebuilt. I saw this and i immediately sent the link to a friend and told me that this is a good starter prebuilt. So i took a small risk and got it. I havent regretted getting it, i am able to play games at high or even ultra settings and most of them are new games that barely came out. I am very happy with my purchase and i havent even thought of getting back to my consoles as i enjoy playing on PC now. The best part is that Steam has sales almost every week and some are recent realses. Im definitely staying PC.

I love this computer after switching from an All-in-One PC. It is super fast and and can handle most games like COD, GTA, Apex, etc. I have been averaging at least 130 FPS on high quality when playing these games. One down side is that it does get hot (170 F resting, can go up to 185 or 195 F when gaming), so I would recommend putting a liquid cooler to prevent heat damage during long game sessions. It is super easy to access the PC tower and most things are upgradable except the RAM sticks (due to the BIOS being locked). The keyboard and mouse are just office-like so there is nothing special there. Overall, I would definitely recommend this PC if someone is looking for a great pre-built.

This computer is amazing! We have it hooked up to our tv for virtual reality games. We can play a game on the Vive cosmos elite and search the web at the same time, I was even setting up my daughters drawing tablet while my son was playing VR. Super quiet too!

I recommend this pc, it’s fast, reliable and enjoyable for the average gamer! I got it today and games run great. The pc is quite not silent though. The only thing I’m concerned about is the temps I get around 80 degrees Celsius during games. Overall a great investment

Pretty solid PC. Nice processor and graphics card. Runs every game I’ve played without hiccups. Only thing I wished was better was a higher SSD card, but for the price point it makes sense.

Pros: -Has extra sata cable ready and a bay for another storage on top of the 256g nvme m2 + 1tb hdd. -very fast -RGB ram, fans and light strips and controlled centrally through the HP Omen software -additional 4-pin rgb cable for some top fans/cooler Cons -very restrictive bios settings -noticed some cpu spikes in some cases causing my input to lag. i think might be due to some bloatware that came with it -very basic cpu fan. suggest to replace this with a cooler like the newer HP Omen models have. I'll be returning this PC just because of the limited bios settings. The only setting you can change in the bios is the boot order and almost nothing else. If you plan to overclock this pc then look for another brand.

I probably wouldn't have paid full price for this BUT, it was on sale plus I got an open box making it way cheaper than what I could build. As others has said, it runs a little hitter than I'd normally like but it told out around 70-78 during heavy gaming. I'll likely swap out for another case later or try to mod it for additional air flow. Also, eventually I'll replace the motherboard as the bios is some HP proprietary crap I don't love, in fact, I hate it. Also, takes around 10-15 minutes to uninstall all the bloatware that comes with this. Leave the Omen Command Center thing though because it shows the GPU and CPU temps which aren't in the bios.

I bought this on sale for around $950 near Black Friday/Xmas a year ago. It was a steal. Great game play. I paired it with a curved QHD (1440p) monitor. My brothers are jealous of my setup and I'm a girl.

Had this for almost a month ..big upgrade from my last pc that was custom built. This boots up fast, great graphics card...I believe the price is right for what you get. Lots of space in the tower...The changing lights are cool.

PROS: Looks great, really good option for a pre-built in this price range, and has good parts that are worth the money considering the current shortage of GPU's. CONS: This PC gets HOT, and I haven't even touched the heavier games like Warzone yet. I'll either be returning this or re-purposing it in a new case with additional cooling.

I love this Pc. I used to have a pc years ago and played on a ps4 pro for a long time. With this years next generation of consoles I was hesitant to buy a ps5. I saw this deal and noticed the video card and processor are really good for the price. You can definitely upgrade the RAM in the future but this thing is a beast out of the box!!! Sure if you know how to build pc's you might say that you can build something better for the price but for your average consumer that wants the best bang for their buck this is it right here fellas!! ** As of writing this pc is sold out so if it comes back in stock be sure to buy it!!!!!!!!!

I was looking to build a gaming PC but Rona and everything else in the world has component prices and supply all outta whack. So I went the prebuilt route. Right now you can’t build a comparable rig for the price. This system is running all my games at high or ultra hi settings no problem. The case has easy access for future upgrades. It does run a little hot so be aware of that. I installed a 120mm Noctua top exhaust fan and saw temp decreases around 4/5 degrees C. So you may want to upgrade/add more fans. The case is also pre wired for an additional hhd/ssd so I threw in a 1tb ssd for more storage.

Excellent gaming computer for a young teenager. The lighting is intuitive and easy to change. Highly recommend for a first time gaming computer if you don’t want to buy at the bottom entry level.
