Also motherboard has no options at all

I cannot return or exchange it since it went beyond 15 days, and my Gold Elite Status is no longer valid. Now you need to “Pay to Play” and buy into their program to get extended returns. I took it to the Geek Squad today as recommended by HP. They said that Best Buy is one of their repair options. It is not. The Geek Squad told me that I needed to buy the new Pay to Play option in order to get any type of repair without cost, or an exchange. The computer cost $1300. Now it is a boat anchor. I am waiting on paperwork from HP to return it to their factory. I do not recommend this computer as they said it was most likely a power supply or motherboard.

I’m in love with it because I’m able to game with no laptop issues. My only annoyance is sometimes the cooling system is a bit underwhelming.
