Good overall starter PC. Only problem I have is that when I hit "Sleep", it just locks then I have to go back in and hit "Sleep" again for it to actually work.

Good performance at Great price point. Large 50L case for cooling.

Great addition! Loaded programs easily. Was able to add an additional M2 hard disk with just the addition of an inexpensive heat sink. Lots of I/O ports and video options.

Good tower. Bought this for my son and he loves it. I have heard nothing but praises from him and his friends about it.

The computer died after 5 weeks. I cannot return or exchange it since it went beyond 15 days, and my Gold Elite Status is no longer valid. Now you need to “Pay to Play” and buy into their program to get extended returns. I took it to the Geek Squad today as recommended by HP. They said that Best Buy is one of their repair options. It is not. The Geek Squad told me that I needed to buy the new Pay to Play option in order to get any type of repair without cost, or an exchange. The computer cost $1300. Now it is a boat anchor. I am waiting on paperwork from HP to return it to their factory. I do not recommend this computer as they said it was most likely a power supply or motherboard.

I really love this PC as it’s my first official desktop. I’m in love with it because I’m able to game with no laptop issues. My only annoyance is sometimes the cooling system is a bit underwhelming.

This product is awesome my son has got this for Christmas and plays his games on the monitor with it. He loves and recommens this product as well.

Great starter PC for someone entering the PC gaming community. This PC is a good stepping stone and is ripe for future upgrades.

Had it for a month now and it still runs fivem smooth. Definitely gotta play with the graphic settings tho.

Got for my son at Christmas, he enjoys it and seems to run fine. Only complaint is that it runs a little on the hotter side. Probably needs more fans or a larger fan

If you are planning on upgrading this useless garbage be prepared to replace absolutely every part. It even uses some sort of proprietary cpu cooling mount the board is only compatible with a rtx 4060 non ti. Will not work with any other card or any ram other than the underclocked 5200mhz sticks that come with it even with them you get some weird memory errors every few days. The power supply looks like a fire hazard and was most likely sourced through temu or aliexpress. The only thing that is not absolute trash is the case itself which is borderline over engineered but has easy access for when you have to replace the motherboard, psu, proprietary off label gpu, ram, m.2 drive that died within 3 months of purchase, and every fan as well as rgb hub. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TRASH I CANNOT STRESS HOW MUCH OF A WASTE OF MONEY IT IS PURCHASING ANY HP PRODUCT.

Has everything needed to make a very decent gaming pc. All games so far on max graphical quality and running smoothly!
