A great gift for Christmas and a good quality specs

This pc had some weird audio issues when I got it I blurb it initially and after about a week the audio would static so badly to the point where it was unusable at times. It was not my headset or the ports where my headset connected into. I returned the first time and then got the same thing again and the newer pc still had the same audio issues and we could not figure it out nor could geek squad. I ended up returning it and buying a different brand of prebuilt pc and it works soooo much better than this one.

Working good so far, no issues yet to be revealed.

Good price for open box but Motherboard is crap and vent system is half dead also power supply is only 600 W

It was not as good as I thought or was told it was gonna be...the on/off switch is in bad location and very small, not as many lights and whistles as I was wanting, not much faster than a normal PC

SO I've used computers my whole life. I got this in hopes it would at least play basic games, (Like MINECRAFT FOR MY DAUGHTER), but it struggled to get ROBLOX to run. Playing anything on this is a nightmare, let alone trying to launch my school work. I do software, so having a PC not be able to run simple python functions is a nightmare. Don't do it.

Great item runs fantastic and has excellent upgrade potential but terrible customer service from best buy so if you can find it somewhere else buy it there cause these guys suck.

I bought it and it was running smoothly till the fan was over loud and sounded like it was about to explode. I get it fans are loud but not like the one I had

Sound card doesn’t work, graphics are a good value.

Have had to replace this pc twice cause of crashes. I go to play games and they run good for a good 20 then just crash.

Quality computer however even with the sale for $1,250 you could easily get a better gpu with research

December 15 2023 I purchased a gaming computer for around close to $ 1500 before I had it for not even 1year it had stop working. I think that is pretty bad. I did not expect them to fix it for free. But I believe they could have took it and checked it and told me what was wrong with it and how much to fix it. Without wanting to check it for $250.I will not recommend Best Buy to anyone. Very disappointed

Very slow as compared to my home-built one. Locks up on games quite often. Opening any program takes a short coffee break to load. Even just a web browser. Windows 11 is the worst OS yet........But it doesn't give you the option of downgrading. Loses internet constantly and has to be rebooted. Honestly An expensive piece of junk. I do NOT recommend it.

I had this desktop for less than a day and my ram sticks already don’t light up anymore.

I bought TWO. One for my boyfriend, one for myself. BOTH of them constsntly lose frames, and can barely handle low settings. My vidoe card died wihtin 4 months, and his cpu died wihtin 30 DAYS!! We havent done anything crazy to them. Most powerful game we both play is Dead by daylight, but this pc couldn’t even handle that.

Little rinky dink power on swt would not turn on the unit. cant believe such a relatively expensive cp would have such a crappy swt! I returned it. HP used to have good stuff, not now it seems, no more HP for me!

It’s not what I ordered had to go 30 miles away from the store I ordered it from to go pick it up and the guy at the other store told me this was a better gaming computer than what I ordered it’s okay but not happy with the performance of this computer

Astonishing how poor this machine runs and really Dissapointed given the specs. Crashes at least 3 times a day, all with different errors. Sometimes BSOD, sometimes just a sudden shut down and restart. Have had this PC for less than a year and it’s almost becoming useless. I can turn it on, leave it idle for a while and it’ll still BSOD. Absolutely would not recommend. Waste of money
