Little rinky dink power on swt would not turn on the unit. cant believe such a relatively expensive cp would have such a crappy swt! I returned it. HP used to have good stuff, not now it seems, no more HP for me!

I bought TWO. One for my boyfriend, one for myself. BOTH of them constsntly lose frames, and can barely handle low settings. My vidoe card died wihtin 4 months, and his cpu died wihtin 30 DAYS!! We havent done anything crazy to them. Most powerful game we both play is Dead by daylight, but this pc couldn’t even handle that.

It’s not what I ordered had to go 30 miles away from the store I ordered it from to go pick it up and the guy at the other store told me this was a better gaming computer than what I ordered it’s okay but not happy with the performance of this computer

Astonishing how poor this machine runs and really Dissapointed given the specs. Crashes at least 3 times a day, all with different errors. Sometimes BSOD, sometimes just a sudden shut down and restart. Have had this PC for less than a year and it’s almost becoming useless. I can turn it on, leave it idle for a while and it’ll still BSOD. Absolutely would not recommend. Waste of money

Was DOA. Had a bad power supply. Best Buy did good job w/ quick refund. Would havw expected more from HP QC/QA.

Bought this computer from Best Buy back in May, now by June 4 its failing and guess what.... Best Buy is telling me I'm out of luck will need to pay for diagnostics and potential repairs FOR A MACHINE THATS BARELY OVER A MONTH OLD!! whats worse is the apparently Best Buy is aware of the CRAP HP is selling and still allows its customers to buy this faulty computer!!!!!!!!

It worked for a few months then it stoped showing a display and when I tried to get it fixed they would not do anything.

was fine for about a week until my cpu starting getting random lag spikes every few minutes for literally no reason, have tried everything i can to fix it but still nothing. dont waste your money like i did

Hp setup doesn’t work with after market products. Not a good buy

Bought this desktop recently and when i finally had windows installed the pc was a stuttering mess, apps would freeze youtube videos are unwatchable dropping 200+ frames every 10 seconds.

Unfortunately it’s an HP the same company that firmware locks your printers and calls customers bad investment. This machine is overpriced but I had to replace a damaged machine and didn’t have time to shop so I picked up this slop.

I have been very disappointed in it's performance. It's slow, and for some reason the ethernet isn't working. Thankfully I have WiFi...

horrible prebuilt good for a few months then slowly dies out on you would not recommend really regretting this purchase

Went through 3 returns with this PC. All different issues. I could also tell parts inside were refurbished and/or returns. As a prebuilt it had too many issues.

Faulty unit, would not power on. Gigantic case, would not fit in my space

Never recived after two weeks. All otherbproduts with order were recived within two days. Now i have no way of canceling this item. Plus it has been charged to my account.

You won’t get half of what your computer is capable of because of the bloatware. Don’t waste your money/time…

Performance is great for the price, easy to use. However, there are things you should be aware about purchasing this computer, do NOT get a 25L with 8gb of ram unless you plan on upgrading, same goes for a 512gb ssd. The big issue here and reason for such a low review is that I purchased a 25L last year, 10 months later the computer does not turn on. I have tried everything, and have no option to get a refund or anything. Terrible experience, great when it worked though.

This is fantastic quality for its price. The graphics and processing speeds are unmatched. If you want a PC for 1200$ I would highly recommend this one.
