Best Buy is telling me I'm out of luck will need to pay for diagnostics and potential repairs FOR A MACHINE THATS BARELY OVER A MONTH OLD!! whats worse is the apparently Best Buy is aware of the CRAP HP is selling and still allows its customers to buy this faulty computer!!!!!!!!

This machine is overpriced but I had to replace a damaged machine and didn’t have time to shop so I picked up this slop.

Computer does not power on after 10 months.

However, there are things you should be aware about purchasing this computer, do NOT get a 25L with 8gb of ram unless you plan on upgrading, same goes for a 512gb ssd. The big issue here and reason for such a low review is that I purchased a 25L last year, 10 months later the computer does not turn on. I have tried everything, and have no option to get a refund or anything. Terrible experience, great when it worked though.
