This was a gift but the experience purchasing from Best Buy was excellent. We purchased online and did curbside pick up the following day. Very happy. Additionally, my son worked with the Geek Squad to add a few features he purchased. They too were excellent and easy to work with.

Excellent computer. Easy to set up. Easy to configure. Only issue I have had was the initial computer i received by UPS was that it was DOA and wouldn’t power on.

I liked holy high quality it was, I had no problems whatsoever and was able to run any game.

probably one of my worst perchaces ever, i baught this thinking that this would be enough to run games with no problem at all having other stuff running like discord or spotify, but no i was very dissapointed to find out this pc will crash either completely or crash the game if another application is being used, heck it will crash 30 mins into game play with nothing but the game running, i dont know wehther its the ryzen 7 7700 that cant keep up with the 4060 or if its how low end the powersupply is, 110% not worth buying

I would not recommend this PC ever. I have had this PC for a few years now and it has been nothing but headaches. At first, there were some internet problems where I would be constantly on high ping lagging all the time. At first, I thought this was my internet but later realized it was not. Tried fixing this issue again, and again but could never find an answer. Looked everywhere for help and just could not fix it. But over a year later I finally resolved the issue. So after not playing games for years I tried playing and my fps is unplayable. At this point, I am out of luck with this computer and just plan on taking it as a loss. Really did enjoy this company with my old pc running quite well for 3 years until eventually becoming to slow for my liking. But after this pc I will no longer be recommending nor buying from this brand.
