Talked to an employee at best buy and was told that these computers are buggy because he has one too and it acted up on him as well.

Problems from the power up.

The video card is some hybrid made with an agreement between HP and NVIDIA and is not a full size nor does it have the full power of a 3060ti. For the same momey I was able to just have a computer built with better components and it runs amazing.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.after many months of research to find the right computer for my grandson, always drawn back to this one. he is avid gamer and offered many options for me to consider, since he was paying for most of it i wanted to get the best bang for the buck. after 3 more months of earning more money this one went back on sale again! it had everything i wanted for him to get, this fit the bill perfectly. upgradable from the ram to the video card which was very important to me along with the processor. i got his money 3 months before i told him i would cover the rest for his 15th birthday (three months away) when i got it i could not help giving an early gift. we set it up together since i am computer savy. after first boot to install windows updates, he said this will take 20 minutes to re-boot, 4 minutes later, he said look grandpaw it is done. he has had it for about 3 weeks now and could not be happier! he loves it and i do too.

Temps on both the CPU and GPU remain within acceptable limits. All games listed were played on the highest settings possible.

Got told what I needed for my video editing and gaming, so I saw this PC and I got it on discount which ended up being the best purchase I have made. I wanted to get a PS5 to run Spiderman, but when running steam I saw it came out 3 days ago and bought it and now I am playing it with no lag, beautiful graphics and I am a satisfied customer!
