Good configuration and cooling design is one of the best. The problem is that unless one spends an additional $500 for a service contract there is no support for anything even on day one with these computers. I got a DOA computer and all I could do was return it to the dealer.
Separate issue is the HP has not updated their user information for these new models so data is wrong.
