Had to return it within 2 weeks. Would go into deep sleep and would not wake up. Couldn't turn off to reboot without unplugging the power cord. USB mouse also kept disconnecting and only way to get it to fix is to reboot. Out of stock so unable to purchase a new one, so waiting for stock to refresh.

The PC is fine, but I'm having problems connecting to the internet: It connects to the internet, but it keeps falling down all the time, something my old pc didn't do

It's decent for the price but i have had problems from the start. Screen tearing and severe display problems when hooked up to HDMI. The only fix was to hook it up with display port only. Also runs very hot, it'll run the gpu around 82c under load. If i could, i would of saved up more money and bought a different model. Very disappointing

Returned it. Not what I expected. The case is very small so some of the parts like the GPU are custom by HP to fit. Probably still a good machine, but you'll have trouble fixing/upgrading it in the future due to its size.

I've had this PC for exactly 3 months and 25 days and it randomly won't turn on anymore. It started about 2 weeks ago and it resolves itself sometimes, but there is literally nothing that I can do to make it turn on on command. Sometimes it works, other times it doesn't then I'll have to wait minutes or hours, and try again, until it works. How crazy is that?? For a PC in that price class too I'm just really annoyed and would like to return it but that period has closed a while ago. I don't use this for anything other than playing Modern Warfare btw, so it only gets used about 10 hours a week.

Decent pc, good for beginners starting out gaming, they provide a dell 3060 which in my opinion isn’t the best. If you’re looking to just buy this for the gpu I wouldn’t recommend it lol, it sucks for mining too.

This 3060 is the low hash rate version (governed at 25 mH/s) and the drivers cannot be updated to remove this limitation. Buy it for gaming and productivity, definitely not for mining.

Was defective. Would not come out of sleep mode. Brought it to GS, they said they fixed. Still happened. Returned it.

Problems from the start, shutting off and won’t wake from sleep, sluggish performance

Wanted to love this machine and it’s size and power. Unfortunately too many blue screens or frozen screens for me compared to the laptop version.

Brand new unit. First day, booted up fine was able to install some programs and update the bios. Loaded one game of apex up, crashed. Upon reboot there was a beeping noise. 3 long beeps, 3 short beeps. Would not boot up and shut down. Contacted hp. They troubleshooted for 2 hours, reseated ram, reseated gpu, made sure all connections correct. No change. Had to return. Very disappointed for a 1 day old computer.
