Lasted 4 months of casual use before video card failure. Started getting BSOD and unrecoverable. Complete restore fixed it. However, it happened again and this time I ran all the diagnostics from the BIOS. Looks like a memory problem in the video card. No overclocking was done.

There is no wake up key. I have contacted HP to do a patch to fix the issue and it still doesn’t work. Every time the computer falls asleep, I have to unplug it to start using it again. Worthless and a complete waste of money.

Absolutely terrible PC....would not recommend to anyone. Worked great for 2 months, and now won't even stay loaded for more than 15 minutes

You are better of buying a gaming laptop It kept crashijg on me and was glad best buy as a smooth returns process.

whenever i type a letter it type random letters automatically for example i press T and it shoes GT

I've had this pc for almost 4 years, and it been amazing, and Ive played a lot of games on it.

It’s been great to me zero issues what so ever. I use it daily.

Works well so far. Basically no problems ever met.

Works for my personal needs relating to games and creative activities such as drawing & 3D works in Blender!! I bought the Omen 30L RTX 3060 in 2021 and still functions as new in early 2024. It was the best purchase I made after being on a laptop for 6+ years.

Honestly, I used this computer quite a lot to play games for the past 2 years and it worked great! Up until today however, the computer stopped working unfortunately. I get stuck on a non loading OMEN screen and it cannot seem to get past it. Tried a bunch of "fixes" online that HP said could work but nothing fixed my issue.

Good product would reccomend was just a little annoying to setup

Great pc. Have been looking for something for a while. When I found this I was super excited because it had everything I wanted in a pc for a lower price than I'd seen anywhere else. It runs great, it is really fast, a nice upgrade compared to my old ps4. The fans are surprisingly quiet. Everything that it said came. The only issue is the perifrials. They are not good so I ended up buying a different keyboard and mouse for an extra $100. Overall great pc and the lighting is quite nice. My only problem is the included keyboard and mouse as well as mine has some issues when using Youtube. Thats my thoughts on this.

got mine today when BB opened for in store pick up . the airflow in the case is not the best IMO i would buy a new case and transfer everything over. you get a nvidia 3060 12bg gpu with an odd amd 5600g apu socketed into a mother board that doesn't have any type of display outputs to utilize the graphics on the apu lol

This pc is pretty perfect for any kind of gamer and streamer looking to not spend a crazy amount of money. I run most AAA games at 100+ fps, high 80s-90 while streaming. Never had bad game crashes, really good specs for value imo

Literally the best pc you can get for its price iv been looking at so many a pc with these parts cost in the 2000 range or 3000 maybe its a little cheaper because of the cooling but its good from what iv seen

Great computer will really good specs. The only problem is that this will run warm or hot. That is really too bad because is runs great, will play modern high end games at high or ultra resolutions, and look GREAT. A beautiful but simplistic pc.
