Great Machine

It's not noisy but it does at times get loud when processing intense graphics at a long period of time. But, that is to be expected.

Don’t buy, skip it, get something else

I now have taken it in, paid 150 for diagnostic and sending in to HP to see if HOPEFULLY it’s unfixable and I can get credit and a different computer. Don’t waste your time or money, totally un upgradeable. Instead of paying for repairs and new parts in a month, spend a few extra hundreds and get a better, DIFFERENT pc. I’m 21 and had a few computers in the past, I had less problems than with my 600 pc. This is not the one, also Best Buy didn’t do much for me either. all around disappointment and waste.

Defective

Couldn't return it to the store because by the time I was able to get it up and running, it was 2 days past the return date, even though I Had only had it for 2 weeks. The 2 weeks it took to ship/receive it, was counted in the 30 days return. Which shouldn't be allowed.

Waste of time

Save yourself the headache and get a better Pc. This prebuilt can't be modified so upgrading is not an option.

Disappointed

Hp recommended replacing the whole pc. I don’t know what I’m going to go with after this. All depends Best Buy’s customer service.

AVOID THE 30L
