Bought this gaming PC for my son and he is extremely happy. I bought a previous other brand before but had to return due to freezing issues. With HP, he didnot had any issues related to freezing so far. Would definitely recommend.

My boyfriend seems to love this system the only complaint is there's not enough ventilation.

I qas nervous to buy a ore built from best buy. But to my surprise this one has been wonderful. Could use better cable managment but thoercthan that its been great.

Very solid prebuilt Gaming Tower. Can't beat the price for the specs included especially during the time of a GPU shortage. HP did a wonderful job with the chassis.

Omen really failed in the cooling of this. The system and graphics can handle so much, but the cooling is so disgustingly inefficient for this system that you are FORCED to underclock it or it will shut down constantly. This shouldn't be allowed to be shipped to customers in this state

Amazing computer but arrived defective. Constant blue screen “WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR” messages and PC doesn’t turn on half the time, going to take it in soon and then I’ll change my review. Possible faulty power supply maybe?

So far, no problems. However, I will say that the stock AIO on this rig is not fantastic. I swapped mine out and my temps have gone way down with the NXZT M22. Past that, very happy with this purchase.

Order this a while ago and is the perfect pc for playing games have no issues with this pc worth the price

great starting gaming pc for any avid user of a console

Been using it for about 2 months now, no issues so far. CPU was running a little hot but if you lower the max power down to 99% it fixes it.

I ended up returning this system and purchasing the Intel version instead. When the CPU is idle, it runs almost 20 degrees hotter than the Intel® Core™ i9-10850K. In addition, the top from LED on this system was unable to display white. It was more like pink.

Great value at the time. Good options for the price. Had to send RTX 3060 Ti for warranty repair and they were fast to fix it.

My daughter says this gaming computer is super fast and reliable. She is enjoying playing her games online with her friends.

Works great for gaming and streaming. As for the running hot issues I personally haven’t had any. For a pre built this PC is solid

Took two different warranty claims to have it be functional. The computer kept getting blue screened. I tried reinstalling windows, reinstalling drivers, testing, etc. and couldn't figure out why it wasn't working. Ended up sending it to HP under the warranty since they said I couldn't return it to the store. First time I had to sent it to HP and they simply reinstalled the drivers and sent it back to me. Obviously this didn't fix anything since I had already done that multiple times. It kept getting a blue screen. Sent it back to them again and they had to replaced the processor since apparently it had some bent pins. Now it works but that kind of quality control makes me worries about the computer.

Needed a gaming pc and it came in handy with school work also
