Overheating caused many problems

The Pc would overheat after 15-30 mins of any Type of usage, even with low FPS settings. The fans would overheat and cause the screen(s) to go black with the fans on high. The temp would skyrocket even after downloading MSI + driver updates. After 3 weeks of low usage (Covid-19) causing me to not get a repair, I finally deleted/reinstalled all driver/gpu updates and it works as long as I don’t over clock the Pc. Very disappointing.

Buyer Beware

Based on the graphic card specs, we thought it was more than suitable to run the programs. Unfortunately, there is something wrong we the graphics card and now I am outside the return window. The card constantly is overheating and causes the entire machine to severely lag. Buyers beware of this machine because you will have a $2,000.00 paper weight. Extremely disappointed!!!

Hardware malfunction within 2months!

Reinstall did not work. Contacted HP few times. None of their advises helped. HP said hardware malfunction and will pick up the pc for repair. It’s been more than a month and still not picked up or repaired. HP stopped responding to emails.!! Awful company. Stay away from purchasing their products.
