Worked great out of the box, and looks nice. Much more reliable than my old Alienware which this replaced. I did notice the gpu ran a little hot, but not so much that it impacted performance

Not worth the money better pc parts for a better parts

Purchased, geeksquad set it up and within 2 months the user profile service failed rendering the machine inoperable. Geek Squad forced to wipe the hard drive claiming BitLocker issues however it was Windows 10 home they know that... Hence no BitLocker! Now computer slow as Sin and a handful of invalid corrupt certificates including the users Access Control

The computer is great, no issues with it all, i am not dure how the keyboard and mouse is with it because i have different mouse and keyboard i like to use.

okay price for what you get, if you’re wanting to use this computer for gaming i recommend buying a new case for it and some nee exhaust fans, the airflow of this pc is practically nothing and that allows the temperatures to reach a threat level when playing games

I am using these as client workstations for a certain video surveillance system that has over 1000 cameras in it and they work well.

Works great, but some (huge) games may lag (if you are a serious gamer). This is perfect for the 'weekend' gamer.

Tempature issues straight out the box. Replaced cpu cooler with Noctua NH-U9S (you can install it without removing mobo with spacers that come with and m3x12 screws bought from Amazon) plus 3 120mm fans and another 16gb stick of ram. Computer is now great with new cpu cooler, more fans and another stick of ram. Better off buying something else if you don’t wanna do some hands on work.

This was purchased for my son's gaming. He picked this for its graphics card and says it is a huge improvement over his previous computer.

I liked this gaming desktop until my power source broke...a month after I got it.

Returned this desktop within days of purchase. Though it boasts some nice specifications, it doesn't have a powerful enough power supply to maintain everything at 100% efficiency. Though this could cause a multitude of issues, for me it manifested as the wifi card being throttled, and having it start with speeds of about 20 mbps for around 2 minutes before dropping to an abysmal 0.5 Mbps. If you already have the money to buy this device, save a bit more and get something with more internal volume, better power, and better wifi card. (Also this trend of internet not functioning also occured via Ethernet, I also tested my router with my omen gaming laptop O15 2020 it was able to achieve fine speeds both through wifi and Ethernet)

When purchasing this item, I was nervous. I had to make sure it was compatible with what my son needed for his games online.

I haven't personally used this product, but the price was good, delivery was easy, and it was a good gift choice.

Love the PC. Does exactly what I got it for. If you're looking to play games on medium or high settings this does the job.

for the money this machine is hard to beat for specs for price, if your on a budget this is your machine
