For the price i thought this would be a great streaming and photography edit laptop. Perfect birthday gift. Something i could use for my photography business on the go. Turns out i was wrong, the specs and features looked great on paper. Only to get it home and set it up. It was slow, kept shutting off and ran extremely hot. Thinking it was a faulty laptop, i returned it the next day to get a completely new one. Only to have the same thing happen, even with all the updates, the laptop ran hot and the side of the laptop burned my finger. I was totally disappointed with this product. Spent hours setting it up, only to jave the same issues. I returned it, got something way cheaper and got my money back. Its a gaming laptop, and i wasn't even using it for gaming.

I bought this laptop as a work expense for work travel as i needed something on top of the existing chunky gamimg laptop i use for events to run our simulator. Needed something lighter and a bit smaller that could still run the simulation in the worst case. Performance-wise, this laptop was great but after having an issue where the “W” key on the laptop literally stopped working, TWICE, i can no longer recommend. I had this sent to geek squad the first time and they told me it was a software issue and wiped my entire laptop. Had it back for about a month and the same issue came back and the “W” key does mot work again and i domt have the time to keep erasing windows and resetting the machine each time this occurs. HP needs to fix this problem with an expensive laptop like this which doesnt see heavy work loads.

returned had issues with GPU not wanting to switch from onboard to Nvidia updated and problem persisted talked to HP online chat support and the person was rude and condesending will never buy HP product ever again

Wont turn on after 4 months. Purchased as a gift for my daughter.

This is the worst laptop or computer I have ever owned. Constant overheating, to the point of full shutdowns, any time I try to play a game while charging. Mind you, because this computer’s battery is so bad, you have to plug it in after an hour of play, or it will die. Do yourself a favor, and buy literally any other computer.

Item arrived with defective charging cable that only charges intermittently. I am in a geographically isolated area. Support was completely unhelpful and said my only recourse is to drive 6 hours to a Geek squad. Due to non-existent support for what should be an incredibly easy fix I do not recommend this product.
