The hard drive crashed on the first one out of the box but the second I exchaned it for is running like a champ love the speed of the SSD

The laptop is great, it has a great response rate, and no delay while online. The monitor is crisp, just a great laptop for the price.

So far has been a great machine. Only down side is the very limited ports. 2 usb 1 hdmi 1 usb c. No display, mini display, or mini hdmi.

One weird defect to be aware of: The touchpad registers a click where you usually put your left palm to access the home row. Kind of annoying.

It works well for what it is. It is a little pricey unless there's a sale though. Regardless, it's a good gaming PC on a budget.

This was a great purchase for my son going into high school. He’s learning more techniques and the game status he likes.

I continuously get a blue screen error that states that my laptop detects a non HP battery and then restarts itself in the middle of doing things. I bought this product new and have never even removed a screw let alone change the battery. Also the laptop is unbearable loud when you run certain programs. If you need a gaming laptop, or something for any type of 3D, video editing, or programming work please look elsewhere.

It was time for me to replace my old laptop and I decided on this gem. Graphics and speed meet my expectations.

It plays cyber punk just fine, so its good for a 1080p cheap laptop. Have'nt had any problems.

I wanted something that I could surf the net, send and receive emails and play a few games. It does all that with great speed.
