Awesome laptop terrible battery

It might as well be a desktop though since the battery cant go longer the 1.5 hours of dying. It has to almost constantly stay plugged in or it will die. Its very frustrating for almost paying $1000 for a laptop.

Not coming back

The lady that checked me out was not a computer person and when I was looking for a gaming computer refurbished willing to spend 1200 she treated me like I was a poor person, because I was checking out refirbs. Then I was supposed to get a year of word! She had no idea how to do it. That was the main reason I bought it there and not online!!!! She said it's hp doing it not best buy. I tried to explain it's in the paper if you buy a laptop you get a free year of word... She had no clue. This little short man was helping someone but when it came to me I heard him say he has no time!!!! Your beeper system sucks. I bought a 700 dollar gaming computer and I hate it.

Manufacturing issues

When I put my hands on the keyboard, there are sharp edges that could actually cut my hand or fingers. No way could I keep this computer so it was returned. Unfortunately I still have received my refund after a month since it was confirmed received by Best Buy.
