Bought this and had it shipped to best buy for pickup. Once I got it home and powered it up there was no screen just sound

Broken GPU after just over a year. Now it's worthless. BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY!

Faulty trackpad. Wobbly screen. poor colors. Just a FLOP device

USB ports wiggle. Not happy with this laptop at all. Will be returning it.

I'll be honesty for what it's worth it lasted me a good 4 years before it died on me I don't know what cased it but still good.It was able to play most of the games with good if not better framerate than I expected out of it but isn't the greatest because newer games that require an ssd this thing will not run them which sucks.Also I did upgrade to a desktop and man I can see this laptop was not it for games that require a lot more now.

This is an excellent computer. I use it for playing games, but also for online schooling and it does great for both!

1660ti that’s enough power to make thanos with all 5 stones and the infinity gauntlet jealous 8 pebbles under the hood to clang around and ram that frame rate…can you say wowzers and the i5 might as well be called i5credible with the speed it preforms opening chrome tabs and that 512 gb ssd that’s like 1 billion floppy disks or something a computer so powerful even internet explorer runs at lighting speed

This laptop is really nice! I read other reviews and optimized this laptop enough that I'm getting 60 fps + on max settings no ray tracing on call of duty cold war, without going past 80-81 degrees celsius! (I listened to the review that said in intel xtu put turbo boost power max and short power max to 25w) and it works! Lovely laptop and I do recommend it.

I had this laptop three years before it ultimately died. It was a decent laptop, but I don’t think it’s worth the money. It worked well for a few years but one day out of the blue, it will decide to stop working.

Reason being I give it a 3 star is because I haven't used it much being I just got it today and have been dealing with a screen flickering issue. So overall I can't give it a truly used item review but will can the review rating once ive used the laptop for awhile but back to the point. I am writing this review in hopes hp will see it or a bestbuy member that can get ahold of hp about this issue if it continues and they keep seeing returns. The laptop has a dual graphics card and will switch back and forward depending on the use, well there is clearly issues with the programming and how they response with each other and cause the screen to flicker or cause more stress on the gpu and cpu due to both trying to figure out who's turn it is. Easy fix though just disable the intel card right click the windows icon>device manager>open display adapter>then right click intel adapter and disable and restart computer and I haven't had a screen flickering issue since. Hope this helps anyone with the same issue as me!

Brand new average range computer that seems to be able to run almost all my games (not quite enough ram for some of them). I just received it today and am liking it so far. I do have to say though, the speed of delivery is a big deal. Less than 12 hours. Yep.. I cannot believe I received it so quickly. That hasn't happened since the new PMG took over the mail and the virus hit. Even the private companies have been overwhelmed. Did I say 12 hours? Yep. I am AMAZED. I'll update if anything changes.

Great value, speakers are what you would expect from a gaming laptop, screen refresh rate and resolution is perfect, and the performance is great for most popular games. One star off because I had some problems that took me a long time to fix, one of them are the Windows blue screen with the error code "Page fault in non-paged area".

Recently purchased this laptop in hope of being able to game with my friends. Since the day I bought it, I’ve been having issues on issues. The screen continuously glitches and freezes and at times it won’t even boot up. At the time of writing this, I attempted to perform a BIOS Update but the screen glitched and froze, I can’t do anything.

I wanted this PC solely for my daughter to play Minecraft or small games on. She had worked hard to earn it and was so excited to finally have one. Worst buy ever! As soon as we turned it on it crashed with the blue screen sad face “ : ( “ and continued to do that for weeks. I tried to update everything and repair anything by running diagnostics with the tech support but it didn’t help. I’m returning it. Don’t waste your money. Spend a little more for something decent.

First Laptop Had Audio Issues, Reordered it 8 Months go by, The Fan decided to quit on me, Took it down to Geek Squad and all they did was spray compressed air into the fan and it still didnt fix the issue so I had to order a new fan and install it myself, dont purchase this item, unless you want a broken laptop, 8 Months of my time wasted On this, Not worth what its priced at
