Highly recommend! Caught this laptop on sale, and very impressed with it. It boots incredibly fast, and has had no problem running any game or application I’ve tried. The 16” display and 1660 ti graphics really set this apart from other laptops in this range. It’s perfect for work/school and gaming. And with upgradable RAM and SATA slots, it’s got some room to grow if needed.

Works well, doesn't overheat. Graphics are awesome compared to an older computer and playstation. My son is loving it.

Most of the above reviews are accurate, and I will just mention pros and cons. Pros: 512 GB SSD is good for the price, hard to beat. Looks good, plays games well. Coming from an xbox, this plays games a lot better. 144hz screen is great, not many offered at this price. 16.1" is great, and thin bezels help this computer seem like a 15.6 in terms of size. Keyboard is backlit green, and you can adjust the brightness or turn it off. Sound system is good. For $750 on sale, it is dang near impossible to find a better laptop. Cons: Sharp edges around the monitor, could be fixed. The materials are okay, but the build quality could be better, as mine already creaks a little since day two. The most annoying issue is keyboard backlighting, since it dims after 30 seconds. You can't fix it unless you go in BIOS settings, and I don't feel like doing that yet. It has other cons that gaming laptops have, such as big power supply, loud fans/gets hot, etc. However, these are just typical issues to expect with gaming laptops. If not buying on sale, regular price of $900 is a little steep Overall, it is a great laptop for both studying and gaming.

A great entry level gaming laptop. Runs well. Gets a little hot, but works for my current gaming needs.

Great student laptop for the value. I bought this for my daughter to help with school and her creative outlets and it comes with everything a High School Student needs! Great Processing Speed, the minimum amount of ram needed to run all her programs, a webcam for her Zoom classes, a great video card for gaming and a fast SSD with room to grow in a night complete package. I got it on sale at a great price - not retail so that made it even better.

I love it! It’s a faster computer than what I had before and perfect for my scrapbooking needs. The picture is crystal clear and even though I didn’t notice it when I bought it, I love how the keyboard is back lit. On another note, I appreciated the service when I purchased the computer. The sales associate was very helpful and didn’t try to oversell me. The Geek Squad is outstanding and helped me recover all that was on my other computer.

My husband had to returned it because 1 the fan was sooooooooo loud when he was playing cod 2 not enough usb when you need to stream and 3 it was running slow or lagging when he was playing. The laptop is good but not for big games imo. I only Give it a 3 stars because she has to returned the 1 st one we have purchased. We upgraded for a desktop...

I have bought 2 gaming computers like this for my kids. They have awesome graphics & speed.

great laptop for little cost. i am able to play any game at optimal settings and design is solid.

I bought an open box. It is a great pc. Fast enough and great graphics for cad and games.

Absolutely love this laptop. I wouldn't recommend using it for online gaming though.

I bought this on sale at $749 which was an awesome deal for the specs this laptop offers. 144Hz screen, 1660Ti and 10th gen i5 made it an easy choice. I did return for the smaller form factor ASUS G14 but had it not dropped in price, I would have kept the HP. The HP doesn't feel on par with the G14 when it comes to build quality but performs great!

I would highly recommend this laptop. It's very easy to use and is quite fast as well.

Bought this guy a couple weeks back, and I'm honestly stunned at the performance it packs for the price. Everything I play is running very smoothly at upper mid-range graphics settings and the GPU and CPU don't really get too hot. Highly recommended for anyone looking to keep a budget under $1k that still expects performance.

fast startup. works great. the A key is printed on keyboard as an upside down V. the battery life when zooming is three hours. like the lit keys. build in speakers are very clear understanding speech. the power button is hard to find in the dark. the case does have sharp corners when open, but is not a real problem.
