Perfect size Love the setting to help reduce eye strain

Since we had to get a new computer...we purchased this as it was on sale...and I must say...for a couple of older folks...this is GREAT! Clear picture...nice resolution and yes it is big...but so easy to see!

The screen itself is very clean color wise and resolution wise, however as someone going from 180hz down to a 60hz that this monitor has it caused me to feel ill due to the sluggish movement of applications on the screen. For a typical 60hz user it's not an issue however.

This opens a whole new world! I was really missing out before! Now I can really see things on the screen, and my photo editing has risen to a whole new level. I can see a lot more with this monitor than I could with my old, smaller monitors. Warning, however: In small print in the accompanying literature, there is the notice, "To prevent damage to the monitor, do not touch the surface of the LCD panel." I am being very careful about this, because I don't want to have permanent marks or smudges on the screen. I assume that a heavy touch or scratch could damage the LCD circuitry. Some people always have their hands all over the screen, and they should probably avoid this model. Overall, I am very happy with this monitor.

The trend these days seems to be toward monitors that are shorter and wider than before. Perhaps that's good for gamers, but I do music production and it's more helpful for me to have plenty of vertical space. The combination of a 32" screen and a 16:9 aspect ratio is perfect for me. The 2560x1440 resolution is just right, as I've heard complaints from people using music production software at 4K. The display quality is fantastic and it has a solid build. I can't think of a single negative thing to say about this monitor.

This monitor I loved because has an excellent resolution and for my work developing databases and programing, does it really easy. I love this monitor that is why I bought two already :)

This monitor is pretty big. I was previously using a 27 inch so I thought I wasn't going to notice any difference boy was I wrong

This monitor is to be an additional screen to my iMac. Not quite as clear as my iMac but close enough. The bigger issue is the connection chord doesn't seem to really fit and thus disconnects easily. I don't know if this is a design problem with the monitor or the chord they sold me but I don't have time to run and resolve. Customer service is a total experience and having to come back to the store is a big negative.

I love the resolution and size of this monitor. Great for multi tasking and perfect for those with declining eyesight related to aging and working on a computer all your life.

I was in Best Buy replacing my broken LG 29" and came upon this HP monitor. The monitor feels so much larger than my 29". What I like about this monitor: 1) Two different mounting options a.) A rugged and elegant metal base for standing the monitor on a table/desk b.) A mounting bracket for mounting the monitor to a wall or monitor arm. I like not having to shell out extra money for a mounting kit. 2) It came with an HDMI cable and a DisplayPort cable. 3) The fact that it supports both HDMI and DisplyPort is handy. 4) I have an ATI card, so it is nice to have FreeSync support. 5) USB connectivity on the back of the monitor. This allows me to keep my work area physically more distant from the computer itself. 6) This monitor has a blue light reduction capability which allows me to save my eyes from the permanent damage. 7) The monitor picture is clear and crisp for every form of content I have thrown at it.

I purchased a 36" screen, that was over $300.00. Monitor has a very good picture. Would have given higher rating as I am basically happy about the purchase - HOWEVER - if you haven't purchased a monitor in a long time, some are made thinner, so no room for speakers. Was not told this in the store, so was very perturbed to realize after it was set up there were no built in speakers. Sales rep should have stated this fact, though he pointed out this was a "gaming monitor", and especially as I told him I wanted to use this as an alternative from our TV to watch DVDs. Though I'm not unhappy about the purchase, my recommendation is given with the understanding that the consumer should be told when a monitor does not have speakers. Would suggest when the cost of the monitor is over $300, the required speakers should be available for a discount.

I originally purchased one to try it out and see how it compared to other monitors that I considered. After owning it for a week, I went out and purchased another. Instead of having 3 monitors, I now have 2 of these which give me the productivity of four monitors. A single one of these monitors can easily replace a two monitor setup if that's what you have. Other wide screen monitors are just wide with absolutely no height. This monitor is equally proportioned and doesn't feel like it's just one long monitor.

I’ve never had a monitor this big hooked up to my desktop before. What a clear crisp picture! Easy set up, and the price st Best Buy was better than online! Best Buy ROCKS!
