The keyboard stopped working after one week

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am not sure what happens with these wireless keyboards but this was the second keyboard purchased for this desktop computer. After one week of use, it stopped working. The keys would not type. We returned it and purchased a wired keyboard.

Intermittent connectivity with PC

Exchanged for Microsoft keyboard.

Bad product bad customer service

You guys can’t do anything for a customer that works from home. Needs a keyboard to do job and it just stops working. I purchase often. So disgusted.

This keyboard is compact, responsive and no set up, and for those who worry about CAPS LOCK indicator, no worry because whenever you accidently or not hit on caps lock it will make a sound. anyway this is a good buy
