Easy to order on line and pick up in store. Very little wait time in store, BestBuy rep was very polite and professional. PC was easy to set up--no issues. Would recommend. Works fine with dual monitor screens.

Our main computer took a dump and we needed something fast to do some photoshop and excel work. This pc works great!! Not super powerful but good enough for light work and surfing the web. Would highly recommend.

This computer is an excellent value! Everything related to set-up and use was easy. The only issue was overriding the factory defaults to get the headset jack functioning.

I upgraded some software and found my old computer didn't have the horsepower to run it. I hunted for something affordable that would meet the needs. The pavilion has all I need and some new features that I wasn't looking for, but appreciate now that I have them

Well I had a very old desktop and this one is like a dream! I can sign on in seconds instead of minutes. I am able to view more weather sites and the models are downloaded fast.

I finally purchased a new computer and must say I am spoiled already. The features and speed of this thing is amazing! This is the best purchase I have made in a long time.

Due to the pandemic needed an extra computer it’s held up are you gonna be able to play bunch of games on it now are you going to every video on it now it’s gonna run Word Excel etc. you know logging in through VPN stuff like that it runs fine it’s a good machine I can’t really complain

This is my 1st upgrade in 10 years so I really like this new PC. The only "knock" I have is that the keyboard that came with the PC is terrible, it's too small and not user friendly. I'm a guy with big hands and it was really difficult to type on the keyboard. Even my wife who has much smaller hands hated the keyboard. After about a week, we went back to Best Buy and purchased a "full-size" HP keyboard (for only $20) and now we are both happy. In other reviews I read on the PC after we purchased ours, other people also complained about the keyboard that comes with PC.

Had to replace an old Windows 7 HP machine. The Best Buy technical rep walked me through the Pavilion to verify it would meet my needs. Pulled the trigger and am happy with the purchase.

Returned (Defective) unable to fix a Windows issue with Microsoft support. Customer service was great at store curbside, so the swap transaction was quick and easy. I got the same item and again, and it is working just perfect. Thanks!

Powerful home computer for daily tasks like browsing, listening to music, emails, etc. I bought this for my parents that don't do anything too complex online and they love it. Fast for what they need and easy to set up.

Works perfect. Price was great. Not a huge computer but the speed and the workability is great.

The hard drive failed in my previous tower. Hoping that the solid state drive in this new desktop gives a longer life. This new drive has several more input ports than my old one. A drawback is the vertical disk drive.

Good price, good performance, nice looks , windows 10 home gave me trouble upgrading to current version 2004 , I ended up reloading windows 10 pro in order to get most current windows updates loaded , good for home use , if needed for office use buy system with windows 10 pro already loaded

I purchased the HP PC due mostly to the price point. I replaced an 8-yr old Dell. I expected the computer to be faster than my old PC; however, it is unbelievably faster! I am not just happy but thrilled!

Needed a new desktop, went to the bestbuy store. Told them my requirements, staff made recommendations. Walked out happy and still happy. Boots up so much faster with electronic hard drive.

This machine replaces my old laptop with Windows 7 (yep, it died, dead, gone, bye bye). This machine is super fast. Love it.
