Love my new computer. Needed very badly!!

My other computer was so old and slow that I had to turn it on and wait almost fifteen minutes for it to reboot. Also the speaker didn’t work. In the age of Zoom, I’m happy to be able to view better by seeing more participants. It was worth every penny!!

Needed something to handle 2 monitors, a camera and speakers. Everything is online nowadays so I just needed something to get me to the net. Fast computer. I added some memory and connected it to my 4 TB My Cloud storage device. Perfect setup.

Not what I expected from my last 3 HP purchases

Way to much clutter to get used to. Plus living in a rural area NO increase in speed from my 8yr. old Pavilion. Keyboard is made in china junk IMO. Was faulty right out of the box. Hit key number 8..or 9 & you get 98, every time ! If your used to a "hard wired" system setup is not exactly a snap either. Mainly because of VERY poor instructions [lack of]...one folded page with no details, at all. New monitor bought with 'puter not a barn burner either..no sideways mount & appears cheaply made. Bottom line, using my old 8yr. oldHP keyboard & will keep the new faulty unit for emergency backup & kiss off the 179$ paid. Good thing my expectations were not set very high when I bought online considering I was replacing a 8yr. old outdated setup or I might have seriously considered returning. Did I mention unable to play my CDs ? they load O.K. but don't play.

Great buying experience

Had to return due to a change in business plans so never opened the box. This did prove that you can order online, have it delivered and return to a store with the greatest of ease.

It is a very good backup for my laptop.

The XP operating system got damaged, so I decided to get an I3. My laaptop runns with Windows 10, and the new desktop will mainly be used as a backup with onedrive.
